Have only had this TV for a month but so far so good. I've always bought LG TVs and have never been disappointed. You'll be hard pressed to beat this 65" TV for the price. An added bonus was since I'm a Prime member I got free shipping, unboxing and placement of the TV where I wanted it. The delivery men checked it over to make sure it wasn't damaged. They even waited for me to plug it in, connect my HDMI cable and turn it on to make sure it worked. VERY SATISFIED with the product and service. ... show more

This TV is a great value, it produces quality image and sounds good. However, I was excited to see that it's compatible with both Alexa and Google Assistant. I knew from the photos that the assistant button was replaced with a SlingTV button on the Amazon listing; thought, "that's a little annoying but it's whatever." Unfortunately now I'm experiencing errors every time I try adding the TV to my Google Home. Between this and the laggy WebOS on the TV, I may just plug my Chromecast into it and call it a day 😩 (Did I mention how the slow the OS is to respond? Their own LG Channels app takes the longest to load too which isn't a good look. Guess I gotta start checking TV specs for RAM) ... show more

The magic remote that comes with the tv is terrible. The pointer constantly comes on and makes selecting apps difficult. There is no option to turn it off. Whoever designed it, clearly didn't use it.
