We don't understand why TV manufacturers insist on those little V-shaped stands at the far edges of the TV. We need a pedestal in the center so the edges of the TV can hang free over open space. We don't appreciate any company deciding for us that a pedestal is not good enough! The TV is secure and we don't have children or pets to bump it. The plastic is cheap enough to provide both types of stands with each TV so people can choose which works best for them. ... show more

Thanks to everyone who helped out in the question and answer section. I bought the 24 inch lg tv. Its fantastic. Picture was better than I imagined. Also with AT & T cable box we hooked it up together. One remote (AT & T) can do it all, sound, channels and on/off. My main concern was two remotes. Nope just one. ... show more

Previously had a 19" Samsung in my kitchen for years. It started having problems getting some channels so time to look for replacement. I tried SuperSonic but was very disappointed in sound quality.
