Description

This 18,000 BTU window AC features multiple fan speeds for those who get really hot or cold and outdoor air venting to bring fresh outdoor air in to replace the stale, stuffy indoor air that most houses have. The auto restart function allows the fan to restart on the same settings after it unexpectedly shuts off (like during power failures or surges). The built-in Energy Saver button allows the fan and compressor to turn off when the desired room temperature is reached, so you don't have to worry about overcooling or overheating your room. This heat and cool window air conditioner is good for a room size of up to 25 ft. x 40 ft. (1000 sq. ft.).

After returning the first one that looked like it had been around the world a couple of times, shipped it back. I got the 2nd one, cut a hole in the wall slid it in plugged it in turned it on, ah! It works just fine. It's Hugh! I love it. Cools my living room, kitchen and dinning room, WOW! Perfect.

    • Poor performance
After 2 years the unit doesn’t work properly. I use energy saver mode and the unit will not shut down at all. The buttons or remote will not shut the unit off. It ends up freezing up. Tried calling customer service for help, they gave me names of local authorized repair companies. Called them all. None of them will work on these types of units. Called an electrician, there is no issue with my breakers or electrical plug. This unit basically stopped working properly after 2 years. Was told by electrician that it’s the circuit board. The warranty is only for 1 year. So now I’m out of luck ... show more

Excellent window A/C with heat. Although I can’t address the heating element at this time, the cooling aspect works very well. Our den is 24 x 24 feet with a cathedral ceiling and it cools it very well. We have been having 100+ temperatures lately so it has been an excellent addition to our home.

I Have an insulated 24’x24’ shop. Will cool it down very fast and keep it cool. Havnt tried the heater yet. I live in Georgia, we have mild winters.
