Description

A compact, 100% CNC machined aluminum Co2 inflator. The control valve allows the user to easily control how much Co2 you discharge at once with a twist open/close function. The twin Chuck head threads directly onto Presta and Schrader valves. It is compatible with threaded Co2 cartridges only and comes with an anti-freeze jacket to protect hands during inflation.

I’ve used a few different CO2 inflators and I like this one best. It has a good open and close valve, and is a press-on fitting. I don’t like inflators with screw-on fittings, as they tend to freeze onto the valve core and remove it when you unscrew the inflator. Lezyne’s press-on fitting never does that. ... show more

    • THE BEST CO2 filler for bike tires ( at least for presta valves )

I've used a lot of different CO2 fillers but this one is absolutely the best. Seals well on the ( presta ) valve and seals well on the CO2 cartridge. The twistable valve for controlling the CO2 flow into the tire works very well and allows good control of the inflation. It also seals completely closed. I've used less than a full cartridge to inflate a tire, closed the valve on the Lezyne filler, and there was still pressure in the cartridge the next day. That's important in case you under-fill your tire, or it's still leaking a bit on your ride home. ... show more

I got this because I had used one before and was familiar. It works as described, but there are better choices out there that are just as easy to use and are substantially smaller to carry with you. If size is not of concern for you, then this is a great product

What I like is the push-to-connect feature. I had another inflator that requires screwing it to the valve (I only have tires with Presta valve), but then every single time I remove it (after inflating it), the inner core stem would come off and deflate the tire again (that's why I always carry a portable pump). The nice thing of this inflator is that you push it to the valve and inflate, then to remove you pull it out. It maintains a good seal and let you inflate the tire with good control. Since to remove it you don't need to unscrew anything, the inner core stem remains in place. ... show more

Lezyne makes good stuff, and this inflator is no exception. It’s tiny and lightweight at less than 30 grams, but it features an easy to use rotary control valve to regulate delivery. This is an important feature, as I like to add just a few pounds of pressure initially, check that the tire is properly seated on the rim, then open the valve fully to quickly inflate the tire.     • compact and easy to use
in the past we have used a CO2 cartridge delivery system that you had to put the cartridge into the device, it only would take the one size, it often would discharge before you could fully fill up the tire. This is so much simpler, easy to apply, easy to regulate the flow, and you can use different size cartridges. We have put in air in the tire and shut it off and gone back a few days later and there is still pressure available for another round of inflating a tire. ... show more

THE LAST PURCHASED, "BEFORE" PURCHASING THIS ONE" ONLY ALLOWED A SINGLE APPLICATION BEFORE THE "CO2's PIERCING NEEDLE BECAME EITHER, BROKEN, OR THE PIERCING NEEDLE'S "SHARPENED EDGE" BECAME DULL OR BROKEN...WITH ONLY THE FIRST APPLICATION. SECOND ATTEMPT OF A "FLATTENED TIRE" REINFLATION WAS NOT POSSIBLE. AGAIN "JUST SAYING" I'LL BE PLEASANTLY SURPRISED IF IT GIVE US MORE THAN SEVERAL INFLATION!
