UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES BUY THIS BED OR ANY BED FROM THIS MANUFACTURER! I ordered two sets of bunk beds - a twin over full and a twin over twin. The twin over full was clearly purchased by someone else and returned because it was so scratched and dented (see pictures). By the time I saw it, my husband already had it put together. Also, who puts a giant label on the front post of the bed?...why not put it on the back post so it's not an eyesore? Also I tried to do the right thing and contact the manufacturer to get replacement parts for the really dented pieces, but after calling and leaving multiple messages which were never returned I contacted Amazon and they sent me an entire replacement bed so I could swap out the damaged pieces. The box for the replacement bed looked like it had fallen off the truck. The pieces I needed were still dented, but looked better than the original bed, so we used them. Now, the twin over twin.... Again, colossal regrets! The twin over twin was so dented that the pieces wouldn't even go together AND the bed came with all the wrong hardware. The screws didn't fit. Again tried to all the manufacturer and no response. By the way, the 800# for the manufacturer says their available hours are 9-4 Monday through Friday - not convenient, but pretty sure no one works there ever because again, no response. Even when Amazon tried to call them on my behalf, no response. So Amazon sent me a replacement bed for the twin over twin. Luckily the pieces I needed in the replacement bed were usable, HOWEVER, again the 2nd box had all the wrong hardware! Because we had the replacement bed for the twin over full we were able to use the hardware from the replacement box for that bed on the twin over twin. ... show more

So upset ordered this bunk bed . I was super excited to build it. Until I opened the package and I was missing all the screws . How in the world will I be building this bed if it has no screws . It’s like this package was opened I’m so disappointed .

Screws that came with unit to assemble were left handed. Bed frame is bent, dented, and scratched. Disappointed.
