The foot rests aren’t as long as my last couch but still ok for comfort. I love that this set is firm, and that I’m not fighting to get the leg rests in, the power recliners are great. Love the set and I would buy them again.

It’s only 2 days later, just received sofa on Friday and it’s Sunday, and I have to revise my review from 5 stars to only 3 stars. There was a nasty ripped gash in left side of sofa box when delivered. I was worried that the left side of the sofa would be damaged as well but had to wait for my son to help unload the sofa. Initially the sofa looked fine but when my son sat on left side and reclined it, there was a creaking noise. Upon closer inspection, there was a fairly large area, about 6” by 10”, that was missing. The right side is solid across this whole area. You can’t see the framing, we assume is wood, because there is a cloth liner covering the entire underside of sofa. So after 2 days, I decided not to risk it and return the sofa. Part of the problem might be that the delivery driver was the only one to load the sofa, at about 190# per specifications, and he carried on left side with right side facing up lengthwise on hand truck. If there were 2 people, they could have carried the sofa without the hand truck. My son feels that someone jammed a hand truck into the lower edge of the left side of the box and ripped it open. But that doesn’t explain the missing section of panel framing. Maybe I’m used to my power recliner but these manual seats seem very hard to recline and stay reclined. Also the seats are very firm and are not as cushiony as expected. Mine came a whole week earlier than expected and luckily the delivery driver was willing to help move the one huge box into the living room. It weighs about 200# and at 75 years old, there was no way I could do it, so I had to wait for my son to come over and help. I’ve added a video to help explain my concerns with sofa. ... show more

    • This Loveseat Broke My Body!!

This truly is the worst piece of furniture I have ever experienced. Sadly I was stuck with it for almost a year and a half before I was able to replace it. The lumbar support completely disappears when you put the foot rest up. Because it is manual, you have to kick the foot rest back hard to lock it into place. Because of this, the furniture constantly moves and has to be repositioned. One time I literally threw my back out doing this and nearly had to go to the emergency room. My $300 copay and 30% of the bill stopped me, but I had to miss a day of work because of it and I am self employed! The seat is uncomfortable and started causing hip pains. By the time I was finally able to replace this awful piece of furniture. I literally had to position a large lumbar pillow behind my back, sit on a memory foam bed pillow, and have another bolster pillow under my knees and I was still in pain, but less so than I was without these things. Believe me when I tell you this piece of furniture literally was harming my body and it will harm yours too. DO NOT BUY THIS LOVESEAT!! ... show more

The furniture isn’t the quality I expected. The loveseat had a staple that ripped the side when i opened the foot rest. It also has 2 exposed metal things that I have no idea why they’re there.
