Of course, there's always a learning curve with any new gadget, and I did have one minor issue when first using the machine. I learned the hard way that the machine needs to be plugged in and turned on before putting the canister back in. But once I figured that out, it's been smooth sailing ever since. Bought the Levo II in September 2022 and immediately recognized the efficiency, effectiveness and quality of processing herb over old school conventional methods... To my dismay, in February 2023, after activating some herb and starting the infuse cycle, the unit stopped generating heat. After reviewing the warranty process and reading several horror warranty reviews, decided to start the warranty process. Trying to complete the process on line was a rabbit hole that I could not complete or workaround. Frustrated, I sent an (email) old school technology and was surprised to receive a response within an hour and within another hour back and forth via email, had a return label and guarantee a replacement was on the way. about a week later, I received the replacement and back up and operational. While I appreciate the attention I received, other's have not been as fortunate. I hope that the problem with the unit stopping heating has been permanently resolved...but more importantly... hey correct the warranty process with a hardened, proven technology that eliminates the use of inefficient technology. Thanks for not making this another product disaster... ... show more

The product is great However there is no chart to tell you how to set the modes like how long to activate a flower product or time and temp for infusing. It’s all a learn as you go and watch the YouTube Levo customers showing their first time reviews. All the cookbooks don’t have automatic devices to give detail information on settings and of course the flower I can understand it’s all up to person edibles. For example infusing your garden herbs and flowers you have to be sure to her your binder out and make good notes what your making such as type of oil, flower or herb, mode using, how long, and temp your using and If you like it save it. Levo does all the work just need more reference material and better than making your essential oils and placing in a mason jar waiting for weeks to use. Levo please put out more online How To….and keep customers engage I don’t want this to be a product I stash away like most on the market. I for the pepper color device love it. Oh last note!!! This does smell like flower so if you want more privacy on using this device be sure to have food ventilation or place outside. ... show more

The ONLY complaint I have is the picture of the paprika red color. Silly, I know but they should just say Orange! It’s definitely ORANGE! Love the machine HATE the color!
