    • The Levo II I ordered is defective.

The Levo II I ordered is defective, I haven't had time until recently to try my machine to infuse oil. Everything was in place correctly but most of the oil went down into the machine and was dripping out of the bottom. It was suggested by the maker to tilt the machine to let it drain the oil which we did however, there is still about 1/3 cup of oil in there and I'm afraid to plug it in or use it that way. I am requesting a full refund and not a replacement. I know I'm past the return deadline but I didn't use it before the dead line. As I said, I'm afraid of this blowing up or starting a fire with the oil that is left in there. Thank you, Virginia ... show more

I have went through two of these machines in the last 6 months. I make salve for my family and both machines went belly up within 10 uses. I have since switched to a 420 infuser for half the price. YOU CAN PRODUCE TWICE THE AMOUNT OF OIL, TINTURE, ETC IN LESS THAN HALF THE TIME AND HERE IS THE REAL DEAL- THE QUALITY IS TWO-THREE TIMES ANY MACHINE I HAVE EVERY USED. Now I will readily admit the 420 (IZZY as I call her) is quite a bit louder than Lucy, (LEVO II). I like naming my girls that give me so much loven. I think I saw on a.azon for like 130...and it makes up to 32 ozs at a time. Good luck E ... show more

    • APP is a joke, our unit came broken, second one broke in under 60 days with same issue!
Lid latch came broken and won’t stay closed unless we set a stack of heavy books on top. It works well for drying, activating, and infusing. However when i got it connect to the WiFi i found that if i put it’s IP address in a web browser it would pause the device mid cycle. It also displayed a list of all of the files in storage which seems very dangerous. APP only works on a 4 year old android tablet we blew the dust off of. Won’t work on an iPhone or iPad. Also the android app crashes almost every option or button you press. The build quality of the unit is nice aside from the latch mechanism. We are waiting for our replacement from amazon. Update: the replacement broke. it's april 20th 2020. we purchased the original unit feb 11th. Stay away. ... show more

    • My Levo 2 broke twice
The Levo 2 I bought broke within 2 weeks. By broke, I mean it stopped mid cycle. So I returned that machine and Levo sent me a new one...that also broke the same exact way. However, Levo refused to replace the second machine. So I am out $300. The Levo machine is not a well built machine. Nearly everything breaks on it quickly. Moreover, Levo is not a good company because they do not stand behind their products. Don’t buy a product from Levo. Buy an Ardent instead. ... show more

    • Just say no. I just want to send it back.... again.
I had to return the first one, because the straw inside ripped. I just went to use this replacement one for the second time, and the tiny little latch on the top of the lid had broken off sometime between cleaning it and now. The lid won’t close shut. I don’t want to have to return a second levo just to get third levo that is going to break AGAIN. How do I return this and get my money back??
