I have purchased two of these lights so far, and I’m back to buy a third. I use one as a night light in my guest bedroom, and the other as a desk lamp. The overhead light in my office is too bright, and sometimes I start work early, before the sun comes up. Even at the lower white settings, this little lamp gives me enough light to write or see the keyboard, but is gentle on the eyes before I’ve had my coffee. The changing colors are a fun option, and I only need to touch the top gently to change the settings. I do not use the battery on this lamp, it stays plugged in all the time, so I can’t speak to that feature. My only complaints are: 1) It comes with standard USB to mini-USB cable, which is outdated AF. A wall charger is not included, so a standard USB adapter is required to plug it in. Fortunately I had a few of these already, so I didn’t have to buy one specifically for this lamp. 2) The product description is a little misleading. The second image shows pink and purple colors, which don’t exist. As shown in the first image, you get multiple shades of white, plus red, green, and blue. However, this lamp does its job well, is easy to use, and has been reliable for two years so far. Very nice little lamp. The glow of the lighting is very relaxing and love it... EXCEPT: The video in the product description is misleading because the light doesn't always turn off easily. I followed directions to the "t". After trying over and over and over again I would take a break and then come back again and give it try... same thing. After several recycles it would finally turn off. Besides the convenience of the touch feature I wish it had an on/off switch as well. If it had that I would have given it 5 stars. ... show more

We love this little light. We live in an area where we lose power during storms in this comes in very handy. We also have a stairway in our house that is very dark at night so we use this on a very dim setting and it works great for nightly trips to the bathroom
