Its simple and works great! you freeze the cup...about 3 to 4 hours. Put whatever you want to eat like a slushy or depends on how long you massage it a snow cone. it freezes stuff frozen!! works really well. cleans easy...Just great! Kids love it!!! my son makes 2 or three a day! I own Several. CONS--- Takes up room in the freezer. Specially if you have more than 2. and in order to make the drink fozen you have to massage the cup to move the fluid around to freeze. But that means you cant put to much fluid in the cup or it spills over the sides. but kids dont care..lol so you have to leave the lid on to put more fluid so it dont spill..not and issue...untill a kid loses the lid. then you have to fill it about half or just over half to prevent spilling while massaging the glass....Other than that..it actually is really fun and kids and some adults..think its magic lol if price is under about 6.99 a cup well worth the fun and the drinks are refreshing. If more than 6.99...i would pass. unless you rich..then you probably have someone making you drinks with a 1000 dollar snowcone machine.....but at 6.99 recommended! have fun! ... show more

Was going great and making slushies until the inner pouch had a small hole and leaked through. Disappointed that the pouch was weak from the spoon scooping it. Update: Customer Service actually helped me fix the situation and apologized. Sent a replacement out and I’m grateful for keeping the customer first. ... show more

I think the whole concept is awesome. The only one thing I would say is that the cup is a bit too flimsy and the hole on top when he squishes it into slush sometimes spills out a bit, but it may of been over filled a bit. wish there was a cover to cover hole, but all in all. great idea and product!!

This thing actually works to make slushies. It's amazing! HOWEVER the first time we actually tried to screw the lid on, it broke the plastic bits that hold the rim of the cup together. Very disappointing. Throw away the lid and just use the cup.

The RELPOM® Slushie Maker Cup, touted as a TIK TOK-inspired magic quick frozen smoothies cup, promised a fun and refreshing experience for making frozen treats. Unfortunately, my experience with this product has been far from satisfactory, raising significant concerns about potential hazardous materials and mold accumulation. Upon receiving the cup, I was immediately taken aback by the quality of the materials used. The plastic used for the cup feels flimsy and cheap, and there is no indication of the type of plastic used or whether it is food-safe. Given that this cup is meant to come into contact with food and liquids, the lack of clear information about its material composition raises red flags about potential health hazards. After using the cup a few times, I noticed that it was extremely challenging to thoroughly clean the inner components, particularly the double layer squeeze mechanism.
