Pretty much everything is wrong with the machine I bought. I have to say I had read all the instruction manuals and recommendations to use this machine but there is something clearly wrong with it. It runs for justa couple of seconds and stops giving a red light and stops working for several seconds. At times it runs for only about 5 seconds at a time and stops, to then having to press the button several times for it to run for another 5 seconds When it really doesn't want to run, after pressing the button it just gives a red light, and i hear a click but nothing happens like if the battery ran out, which is not the case Finally, after a full charge and trying to use it a couple of times as explained above, by next day the battery is completely discharge and i have to put it to charge several hours. I have test it with only water or with milk and small chopped fruits as recommended but results were the same, and unfortunately I cannot returned as I am out of the country (the very reason I bought it) Update Jan 2023: Seller offered a full refund. ... show more

Do not be fooled by competitors on Amazon! This company has a great product at a good price point that actually works and helps people eat healthy on a regular basis. I had an issue with my blender and the customer service lady, for the manufacture reached out to me and went above and beyond to solve my problem, she was very polite and courteous and asked me questions so that they could fix any foreseeable problems in order to continually produce a better product. I would highly recommend this product. The negative reviews that I have read are from people who have not read the instructions on how to properly use this product. ... show more

I like this blender, just didn't realize how small it was. I have crohns and have a liquid diet most the time so I need a blender to make my meal shakes. This just needed to be a few more ounces and it would be prefect, but my fault, I didn't know that when I bought it, I got my meal bags after the blender. It does the job, charges with a USB, that is one issue, it was very hard to find a usb-c that could plug in to an attachment for the wall to work. The c's just aren't that skinny on that end. Bought similar blender before but it did not do the job. We would put fruit and milk to blend; the blender did not even cut the fruit. After doing research , we found these blenders. Powerful , smooth and cuts the fruit really well. There customer service is amazing attentive and professional. We contact them they response quickly and replacement the blender. But make sure it’s with in a year because they only cover for a year. Overall, the service is amazing . The new upgrade blender works much better then the old one. Nice looking and convenient blender. It works very well with my smoothie routine, and is easy to carry around. Can use dishwasher for the upper part. The opening is a bit small so it can be difficult to put stuff in, but doesn’t bother me that much. Overall it’s great and I like it.

I love this portable blender!!! I used it approximately 4 times a week. It has a cute design and I love my pink color. Unfortunately, the button/motor stopped working. Popbabies customer service was amazing. They were very professional and resolved my issue in a timely manner. Thank you again! P.S. Please make the next version a little more powerful 🫶 Unfortunately, I just dropped my bottle and it cracked. I hope they sell replacement bottles. SMH😔☹️ ... show more
