I really like the comfort and sound quality of this wireless headset. The charging stand is a good bonus too for easy charging. The only issue is that I have to reset the USB dongle to reset the microphone each time I use Zoom. This may be a Windows issue only. Update: After two months of struggling with the bluetooth pairing of the microphone (unplug, plug each use) the last two uses everyone on the other end says I am now garbled. I really do not have time for this during important meetings. Had to go back to my wired Plantronics headset instead. Update: After contacting customer support for this product they went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied and the issue was resolved. Great product support! ... show more

This headset was probably one of the best ones i have ever bought since WFH it is easy to set up and use it came so quickly when i ordered it and it’s not to mention also comfortable i was scared of the one sided ear piece but i love this now ! The headsets ear piece for me is a little on the bigger side but it’s comfortable and it has cushion. The headset is adjustable. At first the calls were a little muffled but after a few calls the muffles went away and I can hear the caller clearly. I wanted to love this headset. Worked well a couple of days on teams during training. Once I started making calls through the system I kept running into people not being able to hear me. Had to unplug turn off and on and reset. The ear and head pieces are comfortable. The device has a decent range. Works best with teams but not calls. Forced to return.
