So I had been using a previous version with one earpiece which was great and has been working well for work from home. I found out about a new version which has 2 earpieces and at price that was right for me. This new headset is incredible! I can’t believe how good it is for the price. The clarity of calls ,comfort of wearing and battery life is phenomenal. I would now consider this part of my essential work from home gear. It’s simple to use just plug in the dongle via USB to your pc / laptop and you’re in business. You can also do Bluetooth as well. Has mute button on the ear and simple on /off switch. My hearing is really bad from my time in the service. When I tell I can hear people very well with this set I mean it. Also has great range , I was able to walk into my kitchen in other room and hear conference call without it breaking up. I highly recommend this headset.

Typically, we don't expect "Made In USA" quality when buying a "Made In China" product. This LEVN headset totally surprised me starting with the retail box. The headset does not disappoint in quality! You prefer Logitech or Anker? You might change your mind with this thing (those brands are, ahem . . . . . made "there" also ya know). I couldn't find fault with the build quality. The instruction manual is well-written in standard English--YES, Really!--with excellent diagrams! Bluetooth pairing with my Android phone was easy and almost immediate. When I enable the phone Bluetooth, the headset self-selects almost immediately, and I love how the phone shows the charge status of the headset. Most headsets wear out your comfort feeling sooner not later. This LEVN headset is built for comfort: the top underside of the headband is soft-cushioned, and the ear pieces swivel easily to fit any head shape. The ear pieces, where they rest against your ear, are made of soft faux leather. When I made calls, it was immediately apparent that call quality was excellent, both for me and the receiver. With the AI noise cancellation, I don't have to worry about the train that is 70 yards away but can fill the room with noise! Honestly, this manufacturer has produced a product that comes out of the box flawless! If you have problems setting up the headset--not likely with the excellent instructions, they provide an email address on the box--an email address with a Microsoft Outlook domain.

I work from home and need a comfortable, good sounding headset with all day battery life. I spend a lot of time on calls and meetings and require good sound quality for both myself and for my clients and coworkers on the call. This headset provides that without question. I also need batter life that will last all day and into the next day should I forget to charge it. Another checkmark for LEVN headset. Additionally it is nice to have great Bluetooth range so I can walk around, get a drink, or let the dog out during a call. Again, this headset delivers. I couldn't be happier with this product and it helps be work with confidence all day knowing I'll have battery life to last, great sound on both ends of the call and the freedom to walk away from my desk if needed. These headphones are awesome if you’re looking for premium features. Charging stand, USB dongle if you can’t connect to the device directly by Bluetooth, ability to adjust the headbands and ear pieces to fit your head perfectly and more. Comes with a USB C cable you can plug into the charging stand or directly into the headset if you need to. One cool little bonus is the USB dongle magnetically connects to a little storage space in the stand so you don’t lose it. You can rotate the mic either direction so if you flip the headset around you can have the mic on your left or right side, whatever your preference is that day. Easy to connect, good audio quality, comfortable, noise canceling. You name it, these do it. Nice power switch that is a slider instead of a button, volume adjust, multi function button and mute button. Everything you need on a call or to switch between devices. I highly recommend these if you spend a lot of time on the phone or in web meetings.

I was looking for a wireless headset for work, I am constantly fielding sales calls so great sound and mic clarity are very important, and this headset offered that and more. Very easily connects to my laptop via Bluetooth and after initial set up it remembers the device and connects as soon as you power it on. The charging dock is great and keeps the desk nice and tidy with minimal wiring. Great noise cancellation as well, someone I was speaking with said they heard very little background noise if any. I highly recommend this headset to anyone looking for wireless connectivity.

This headset has a lot going for it, noise cancellation on this updated headset is even better than before. Battery like is great, although I have access to change whenever I need to without interruption, it's nice to know they would exceed my expectations. As for comfort, they are one of the more comforable headsets I've used and are very easy to adjust. Setup was a breeze,, either for straight Bluetooth connection to PC or via the included dongle for say your (my) work VDI which is the only way to connect external devices. All in all very happy with this headset and look forward to a long term use for them.
