Finally found the time to write an honest review of my new headphones. First the build is standard fare for this kind of headphones, but they seem like real quality, and put together very well. It might be cool if they offered different colors though, Not necessary. but why not?!?! The noise canceling function works extremely well, and the headphones are extremely comfortable, which is important, because of my daily use. The calls you receive are also very clear. You can walk around the home, or office while using the headphones, so you're not glued to your desk and chair. Visit the fridge, or microwave, with a crystal clear connection, while handling calls!!! A new function is the ability to use the headphones on your personal laptop, desktop, tablet or cell phone. Pretty cool option, if I do say so myself. The charge lasts multiple days, but I do miss the rack that held the headphones when not in use, or when they're being charged. I suppose this is nitpicking, but if EVERYTHING was sunshine and lollipops you wouldn't trust my review.😄 All in all, a great pair of headphones, with an EXCELLENT price point, that you'll be happy and satisfied after you've purchased them!!!

This is pretty good, but in several meetings my voice has become garbled and I have to unplug the USB dongle and plug it back in. Also, strangely, while the on device controls control the volume on my laptop, the mute button does not sync up with the mute on Teams. This leads to the dreaded double mute. For range, it is pretty good. It is much better than my old headset which used an older Bluetooth variety. I can walk almost everywhere in my single story 2800sq ft house, and into my front yard. There are a few areas that break up but mostly good. The sound quality is good. When I am not garbled, people say the audio is very clear. Update 4/30/24: The garbled robot voice thing keeps happening which to me makes this headset a non-starter. I am going to look into using the built in BlueTooth on my laptop instead of their dongle, but it is really bad. It happens in almost every meeting. I am super disappointed because while the range is great, and the sound quality is great, making me sound like a robot in meetings is unacceptable. Reducing from 4 stars to 1 star. Will troubleshoot and if it can be fixed will make 5 stars.

I previously purchased the LEVN CT002 for working remote. I recently went back to working primarily in the office so I needed dual ear covering to block out sound so I purchased the CT005. Some key features from the CT002 were left off these that keeps them from being as good. 1. The dual ear covering is great for blocking out a lot of background sound in your space. 2. The mic only swivels one way (the CT002 can do both) so it always has to be on the left side. This would be fine if the earpads/speakers fit perfectly on everyone but I find they lay better on my ears when flipped around. Unfortunately I need constant access to the mic so flipping them just when needed isn’t an option. 3. The power button uses a press & hold system for turning the CT005 on & off. I’m not sure if I have a faulty pair but I have not been able to get mine to actually turn off. There’s no “power off” spoken notification, the LED pairing light remains on, & connection is maintained no matter how many times I’ve tried to turn them off. The CT002 has a physical switch so you know if they’re on or off. 4. The pairing dongle is great for using with computers that can’t use Bluetooth. This came in handy because my work laptop is not programmed to work with this version of Bluetooth. Overall, these are decent headphones & I can deal with the features that aren’t ideal. If they had a model that married the CT002 & CT005 features then it’d be my perfect match!
