The only thing I wish for is the option to buy replacement ear muff covers (the leather-type material has worn over time, which is expected after 2 years of daily use). Great buy! I use for work and even when on my cell phone. Sound quality is excellent. Super easy to connect and disconnect and nice charge life if you are like me and on calls all day. I prefer over the head wireless vs ear wrap around because having a device inside ear is not good for health of your ears and is painful if you are a person on phone a lot. Good quality for the money and do recommend..

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This is the best headset I've ever owned. I am clear and no one has complained about background noise or my being muffled. I can drive with the windows down, in a noisy room and no problem. It's comfortable and I like not having it in my ears. My only complaint is that I can not connect multi devices at one time. I don't care it works so good that's a small trade-off.

The media could not be loaded. Most Recent Update 08/02/2924: I received a replacement for the faulty wireless headset, and it worked well for a few days. Unfortunately, the new unit is now exhibiting the same issue as the original one: it consistently shows a "low battery, please charge" prompt, even when connected to the base. The charging light does not turn red, indicating that it is not charging. Despite the initial good performance, the headset's persistent charging problems make it unreliable. I will be buying a new one from somewhere else. I have attached a video of the current issue. You can hear it repeating low battery please charge, while it is connected to the charger base and will not charge. 1st Updated Review: Great Customer Service Resolved Initial Issue I previously left a review regarding issues with the charging efficiency of this wireless headset. However, I'm pleased to update my review based on the outstanding customer service provided by the seller. After my initial review, the seller reached out to me promptly to address the problem. They acknowledged the issue with the charging and offered to send me a replacement headset at no cost. I appreciated their proactive approach to resolving the issue. Upon receiving the replacement headset, I'm happy to report that it performs significantly better than the original one. The charging efficiency is now much improved, and I haven't encountered any of the previous issues. It works. Haven’t had any issues. Will say “mute on” when muted however, there’s no way of muting if not on a call. I’ve had other headsets that have a physical button and I can mute myself even when not on a call. But not these. I have to quickly mute if I was doing anything else and have a call come in.

I bought this in January and it is now May i have found that The charge does not last. U have to charge ever 2 hours if you don't put it back on the charger after using it for ans hour. It has stoped working on me multiple times while on a video call with work... I am very disappointed and wish I could return/get my money back but it is past the time for that. I would not buy agian.

I ordered this in November of 2024. It works great, I work from home and I get high scores on my calls and never really hear any background stuff. It charges fine still and the adapter for the computer I plug in and remove all the time with no issues. It’s pretty comfortable I just happen to have a piercing where it sits on my ear right next to my face so it bothers that occasionally. No complaints, I’m able to walk around the house with it on and no connectivity issues.
