I love a classic denim cutoff short and of course Levi's comes to mind. I'm 5'1", 36"-29"-39" and I bought a size 30 due to reviews saying these shrink in the wash. Overall fit is fine but the butt part is weird - like I have a little tail 😂 Maybe if I was better endowed in that area it might fill it in? Unsure. Will report back post laundry day too see if this shrinks.

I read that these shorts run small and to size up, so I did. They fit. Slightly snug, but they fit. I prefer a looser fit when it comes to shorts, particularly cut offs. So if you’re anything like me, I’d size up by 2 for this pair of shorts. There is no flexibity with the fabric, even wearing them all day they don’t lose their shape or stretch out. So depending on your preference I would take that into account when picking sizing.

I love that my butt doesn’t hang out of these so I can wear them to work. I’m a bartender and these are comfortable. Soft enough and long enough. They give me a little bit of a flat booty because they are such a high rise but that’s ok, cuz the rise keeps my panties from showing. I’d say if you want a tighter fit, go true to size. But I ordered one size up after reading reviews and they are casually loose. They do loosen up after an hour or two since there is no stretch, so keep that in mind. I ordered the black ones two but will probably exchange for my true size. These are fitted through the waist and thighs and loosen up a little at the legs. Very comfortable. Good for curvy babes!

I got a size 29 in the medium Athens color. I will say they differ in sizes depending on the short. I also ordered the ojai light color, which was the most expensive and it was a lot baggier through the thigh. I kept the Athens cos it lifted my butt betterLove the waist cos it creates this u shape that makes me look thinner. Will be ordering more. Levi’s cut offs are a classic. I did the try before you buy so I ordered a bunch and only paid for the pair I kept. Order your true size, don’t listen to the reviews who said to size up, especially if you have a flatter belly and smaller waist. The 30 was HUGE. The 29 snug but it stretched out ! It became softer and looser with wear and now I need to shrink them. But a 28 would be too tight in the leg. These are my favorite item and I always get compliments. They became really comfortable with wear.

I love these shorts, I originally saw them on Revolve for $70 and loved them, but decided to check prices elsewhere first and found these for under $50. Im usually a 26-27 and went with the 27. They do look a tad bit shorten on me than they do on the model.. and I have a booty, so the seam down the back of these shorts kind of pokes out a little right in the middle. This is the same thing that occurs while wearing other pair of levis I own. They are very flattering, but not a stretchy super form fitting jean with elastic, way. I love them and wore them to work the second day I owned them. I actually felt really good about my outfit that whole day!
