Why did you pick this product vs others?: I chose this product over others for a few different reasons. First, it was fairly priced. I looked at tons of options and comps were double and triple the price in store. I liked the color options, the number of seating, and the ability to reconfigure the seats if you wanted. Ease of assembly: There are a lot of parts which is reasonable considering it is modular but was very easy to put together with the instructions. I put this together by myself. Looks: I love the way this couch looks! I have it in my sunroom and it is the perfect hang out spot for summer-fall movie nights. Thickness: the cushions aren’t as thick as couch cushions but it is still comfortable to sit on The only downside I can think of is the lighter color I chose shows dirt and greasy hands very easily and when you have 3 kids that use it constantly, it shows fast. The cushions aren’t very easy to wipe clean.

Wow! Great value. We had a similar one we purchased for my mother in 2017. (?). It was no where near as nice as this one. This has Velcro to keep the cushions attached on the seat. It has ties for the back cushions to stay in place. It came with extra hardware. The cushions are all more substantial and thicker. Saint Bernard approved! This is the 9 piece set and he’s 150 lbs to give you an idea of the scale. He was the first one on it and believes it is his new dog bed (until it’s over 70 degrees and sunny then he’s out - until fall/winter temps return). We purchased a separate cover for it and hope it will keep it nice longer and prevent the cushions from getting wet. Otherwise it’s a lot of cushions to remove and store for rain.

Wish I bought sooner! Instant love once I put it together and I did it alone. I might have been excited and missed instructions I felt could've been clearer or noticing that each little bag inside of the big bag of screws were for each chair. The pics could've been a little more clearer by indicating the screws needed at which point... Once I realized I was using the larger screws when I should've been using the medium and small at some points, I was able to breeze through the rest. So use the small where you don't see holes on other side and large only for the feet. Looking forward to enjoying good times with my new chair and love the color. It can definitely get done faster with help because they give you the tools needed in each box. Great seating size to entertain. The cushions are comfortable although I saw some reviews stating it was thin, but it's standard to me. I didn't connect the pieces on the bottom yet because I like the option to rearrange the seating. I also purchased the suggested cover, which is great and covers it all to just remove when you're ready to enjoy to preserve it.

I received the package on 2 different dates. It is delivered and packaged in 3 different large boxes I received package 1 on time Package 2 and 3 arrived about a week later, After inspecting and opening the item I came to find the cushions to be super thin and cheap. I decided to return the item. I have contacted Amazon and the Seller 5 times regarding the return and have requested 3 separate shipping labels with no luck These large boxes are in my garage and I have 1 shipping label They do not reply to any messages and are not interested in helping me return the items Save your money DO NOT ORDER THIS
