Great for creating a silicone mold.
I used a plexiglass base under the mold and sealed the outside with no silicone caulk. Works great with no hassle cleanup. Remove the caulk with a plastic scraper and clean up the residue, from the caulk, with rubbing alcohol. I recommend NO USING A HOT GLUE GUN as the glue removal is beyond painful.

Happy with purchase goes together easy and able to adjust size for multiple different projects. I did see previous review about leaking I did not have that issue I used a little reusable clay at seems to make sure and no leaks. The double sided tape I will not use again it sticks extremely well but is a pain to remove from bottom of mold. Silicon released easily from frame, this is a lot easier the building box’s out of plexiglass every time. Would recommend

Was skeptical of clip together enclosure---but it works! No leaking of expensive silicone! Hooray!
I have had trouble with other mold housing leaking, and never tried one that is customizable and clips together. I was also skeptical of an included double-sided tape to create a seal....but, to my surprise and amazement, this product rocks! I was able to quickly set up a custom sized enclosure and the included tape actually sealed---no leaking of my expensive platinum silicone! I bought two of these as a trial and I am so glad I did, will def' get more. The only thing that could be improved are a few optional pieces with built in "keys", but that is easy enough to DIY when you are doing your pour. Great product.

May leak.
You have to be very careful and make sure the mold housing pieces are tightly together. I followed directions to the "T" and had a leak at the bottom and on one of the sides. I'm going to get some more clamps for the sides and use a different hot glue around the bottom.

Good product, but use some other two sided tape.
This works really well. The only problem is the two sided tape supplied with the kit is a bit of a bother. Hard to get off and does not work that well. The two side gorilla tape or similar from Home Depot is better. Nice and wide and generally comes off easier. For a base I use the lids from carryout/delivery food. I use hot glue to seal the outer edge. But with the wide Gorilla tape I might not have to.

Does work with resin, but use resin tape.
I do use this with resin against manufacturer recommendations. I take the time to line the inside of each segment with resin tape nowadays for easy disassembly. Prior to, I didn't do that and it was hard to disassemble.

Corners only work one way.
This would be 5 stars all day long if you could get a reverse corner I have multiple sets because the quality is good but Let's Resin needs to offer the ability to make other shapes besides square or rectangle. Silicone is EXPENSIVE. I can not afford to wasted double what's needed to create a mold for a cross as an example. That's where they loose me on value and assembly.

I used this for a quick and easy mold box.
I make miniature silicon molds for resin casting. This has always been a bit irritating, especially for casting smaller objects. I saw this product in an online article and decided to give it a try. It works well; quick setup, littler leakage and well constructed to fit together. The product consists of 4 corner pieces, 8 side pieces and 12 spring clips allowing construction of boxes ranging from 2" by 2" square up to 6" by 6" square (or 8" by 4" rectangle). Maximum height is 2". Also included is a role of 1" double-sided tape to help seal the mold from leaks. I didn't use the tape preferring clay as a leak sealer. It works very well. I made a 2x2 inch mold of a cowboy hat and head. No leakage from under the mold, virtually no flashing where the parts fit together and easy clean-up. I just wish the mold box pieces were taller than 2 inches.
