This is one of the best I found. My Cat is a bit large & the top fits her whole body. She is the parking lot monitor & tall enough to see more. It is about 6-8" above window sill & she is a bit nosey so she is super happy I got this one. Also the top cover comes off so you can wash. I like that about it. Wasn't hard at all to put together. The stability is very good as she does jump from top to floor. I would recommend this for sure. My Cat is about 13 pounds & fits on top & cubie holes just fine. The thickness of the top sleeping area is very soft. I got the light gray and blends in well.

My big guy is about 15 lbs., long and tall, but he loved this from the get go and fits everywhere. When jumping from the floor to the top pearch the whole cat condo didn't wobble at all. As described this cat condo is sturdy, just tall enough and was easy to put together. I only had trouble with one screw hole 🕳 when adding the bracket for the scratching ramp. None of the screws provided would go into the threaded metal lined hole. We improvised using a zip tie. As for the top perch its got a removable cover with bolster thats washable. The cats are very comfortable and love it. Over all its a win!

I wanted to find a tree that would make my cat comfortable hanging out with me in the office. I looked at a ton of options before settling on this one. If you are in the same boat reading this, you should get this one. It came today and assembly was about what I would expect (30 mins or so) and pretty simple. What I love is how big the platform and cubby holes are. My guy is 12 pounds and it makes me nervous when he sleeps on the platforms on his existing bigger houses. This is oversized for full-grown cats. He has plenty of space on the top platform. He can move around a bit inside the house part (which was the first place he went). I think they went beyond my expectations with the removable padded cover on top. The shell of the house part is actually a felt-like material that wraps around the poles that attaches some serious velcro. This will make fur removable so much easier and means that you can decide how you want to set it up (two houses or none). It sits just higher than my desk so he is at eye level with me when he sits up and he seems to enjoy watching me type from hit perch rather than on top of my keyboard. I don't usually write reviews, but I am super impressed with this cat tree and wanted to write something that might let others know this is the one to buy.

I don't even care about difficult assembly or looks. I'm just glad they are using it and staying off my sofa 24/7. My smaller cat likes the top perch, while my big boy like to hide in the cave underneath. Most importantly they seem to prefer the scratching post to my chair and sofa, which is a huge plus.

This product was incredibly easy to assemble with the given instructions. My one kitty was on it giving me a hard time because I couldn't put it together fast enough for her and she was claiming it. It did not take long even with those distractions. She is a pretty hefty girl and this tree is one of the most stable ones I have seen. I needed it to be this way as I was putting it by a window...and although there is a wall connector to keep it from tipping over, it is made in such a way that even my heavy girl won't do that. This is the minor draw back. There is an open area so that a cat can hop from one perch to the next one up..but it is slighly narrow as it is off to the side of one of the levels. My tripod may have a bit of a problem here but he has a different one anyhow. By the same token..if it were not made in this way with the narrow area to jump to next level..and mostly stacked straight up it would never be this sturdy. It's all in the leverage. I really like it. My kitty loves it and I would recommend it to those who have a larger cat and fear tipping over. The cubby walls are wrap around and velcro. I installed the bottom cubby walls but not the next level up. I left it open for view. The top pillow perch is slightly bigger than most and the removable/washable pillow topping is extra plush.

Easy to put together. Sturdy enough for my 30 pound cats, of which they love it. The appearance isn't bad to look at. It fits perfect by the window, so my cats can look out. They are happy, so that makes me happy.
