Wore them for 13 days and took them back because they would fall out, make horrible squealing noise if I move them in my ear and I had to constantly adjust everything on the app. Just received these hearing aides and I am super impressed! These hearing aides, Model JH-A39, don’t fall out and very easy to adjust with just a press of a large button. The sound is great quality is great in my ears for a fraction of the price. Just crazy amazing. The hearing aid is slightly larger then I want for they bump out more then I want because I have small ears, but I won’t let this issue stop me from wearing them. Firstly, the hearing aids are incredibly easy to use and fit comfortably in the ear. My father has sensitive ears, and he has had trouble wearing other hearing aids in the past. But these hearing aids have a soft and comfortable earbud, and he has been able to wear them for hours without any discomfort. The noise cancelling feature is excellent and has significantly improved my father's ability to hear conversations in noisy environments. He used to struggle to hear in busy restaurants or when there was a lot of background noise, but now he can hear much better and participate in conversations with ease. The hearing aids are also rechargeable, which is fantastic. My father used to have to change the batteries in his old hearing aids frequently, which was a hassle for him. But with these rechargeable hearing aids, he can simply charge them overnight and use them all day without worrying about running out of power. The sound quality is exceptional. My father has noticed a significant improvement in his ability to hear since he started using these hearing aids. He has even started to enjoy watching TV again because he can hear everything clearly without having to turn up the volume too loud. The design of the hearing aids is sleek and discreet. The sound tube is compatible with the original one with a slightly different shape at the ear end, while the side on the hearing aids is identical so is compatible in replacement to the original one. The cost is significantly lower than getting an OEM replacement without a warranty. The sound quality is the same after replacement. These silicone domes are made in good quality silicone and fits ear comfortably with proper tightness. No irritation or other uncomfortableness like some other ones tried before.

This hearing aid was purchased for my grandfather. As he has gotten older, his hearing has significantly declined. Normally, when speaking to him without the hearing aid, we need to use a very loud voice, and when watching TV, we have to turn up the volume to a high level. I got these for my mother-in-law who has been having some age related hearing loss. At first she was not sure of using these and wearing them all day, but after getting her to do it for a whole weekend she likes them a lot. She charges overnight, puts them on in the morning and has no problem comfortably wearing all day; she does take out when resting and at home in situations she would not need. She doesn't feel any discomfort and likes being able to easily adjust them with the app for how she needs them to work.     • These are just like any other earphones & works well as hearing aids for seniors.
My father liked this product as these have mini dimension and works great as amplifier. These looks nice and fits very well too in the ear. The amplified sound is clear and crisp. The buds has multiple touch sensitive controls and they work well. After each full charge, bugs has 12 hours backup and with the case these can be used for 48 hours at stretch and that is very good feature since my dad doesn't need to charge it frequently. Build quality is great & feels durable that should make these last for long. Price is on higher side but similar products are priced in same range as well.
