I'm very happy with the laptop so far. It works perfect for what I need, considering the price. However, I'm still going back and forth with the vendor trying to install the Microsoft Office package that is supposedly included. That's the reason for my 2-star rating. I'll edit the review as soon as my problem is solved. Receiving the key for the life-time license is apparently easy. However, they have sent me 2 different keys that don't work. For the first one, the vendor wouldn't recognize it was their issue and told me to reach out to Microsoft. The Microsoft representative was very helpful and determined that the key wasn't meant for the US territory. With that, I was able to make the vendor send me another key... Big surprise, it doesn't work!!! At this point, I don't think they really offer a valid life-time license. I wonder if other customers had the same experience. ... show more

The laptop would not connect to Microsoft. This is a replacement for the last one I got which also could not connect to Microsoft. Both laptops hung up at the pass key screen.

This is a Lenovo Laptop and it did come with the License for MS Office, BUT this model of Laptop is one that was designed to be shipped to India. not intended to be sold in the USA. it works just fine but is a cheaply made Laptop. i have also purchased a quality Laptop from Lenovo Directly. More expensive much better quality. also the company selling these sets up windows for you, it took an an unusually fast amount of time to set up. It does come with the advertised amount of ram and storage. just beware that is is a cheap Laptop. cheap hardware, like screen and case and charger. this does not charge through a USB type C. it comes with an older power source. so far it works fine but i purchased this for work and it will not suffice. ... show more
