This is a fabulous tablet and PC! I love the touch screen. It has a lot of storage capacity and processes and operates quickly. It is a significant upgrade from my older laptop. The webcam is great, and I've used it much since the COVID-19 pandemic has warranted video meetings and conferences for my work. When I purchased, my goal was to get a smaller laptop that could easily store in my tote to reduce the number of bags that I need to carry. My only complaint is that after it sits dormant for a while, the internet connection disconnects. The only way to reconnect is to entirely restart the computer. Otherwise, if I just allow it to open from the sleep status and attempt to connect to the internet, it won't work. That's why I gave it four stars instead of five. As a result of this minor inconvenience, I've just completely shut it down after each use. Then, it's ready to connect the next time I use it. Review revised 3 years later (2022). Expect it to last 3 years with moderate usage. The laptop suddenly failed without warning. First, certain keys on the keyboard stopped responding. I had to flip the device to tablet mode to log in, as the touch screen worked just fine. About 2 weeks later, in the middle of editing a document, an "updating" message appeared on the screen, followed by the screen going black, and the device becoming unresponsive. It would not power on, but the power light on the top panel indicated that it was getting power from being plugged in. A laptop repair shop confirmed that it was dead. Fortunately, a computer repair store was able to retrieve my files. ... show more

If you look this up elsewhere, it will show a pen that pops out of the front corner. This product does NOT come with the pen! The port is capped and Geek Squad says the internal charging port isn't even installed. So buying a pen won't help, as they don't come with an alternative charging option. I have yet to find a bluetooth pen that is compatible. So I'm back to a basic "dumb" stylus. Also doesn't come with Microsoft Office. Otherwise, it's pretty good. Does what it should and is definitely sturdy but still lightweight. But I'm pretty frustrated that I'll have to spend more money to make it fit my needs. ... show more

The hardware looking very sturdy and the unit is heavier than I expected. So far I am very happy with this purchase. Looking forward to the performance and how long this computer will last. I was disappointed that the was no S/Pen.
