Fast and quiet operation

I've been using this Lenovo ThinkPad E16 Gen 2 laptop for about a month now, and I'm pleased with its operation and performance. It's faster and quieter and has more storage than my previous laptop. I ordered this for home-based small business use, and it has exceeded my expectations. My previous laptop was rendered obsolete by being incapable of upgrading to the current operating system. I tend to have a lot of tabs open in three different browsers, I have various programs running, and I have a bunch of peripherals connected (label printer, external monitor, keyboard and mouse). This Lenovo ThinkPad E16 Gen 2 laptop has handled all of this without a single crash or need to restart. It's fast when waking from sleep. And best of all, it's quiet - it doesn't labor under all the browsers and tabs and programs like my previous laptop did. Setup was a breeze out of the box, aside from all the operating system stuff that you have to do and trying to figure out whether the old computer's files were properly backed up. Based on the feature set, this Lenovo ThinkPad E16 Gen 2 laptop seems well priced. It has the touchscreen, backlit keyboard, fingerprint reader, 32GB DDR5 RAM, 1TB SSD, and more. Being charged 80 bucks for a restocking fee on a bad piece of equipment

Receive the laptop was impressed with its build. It came with a sound card issue. Could only hear half of the audio. The seller did not have a repair or replacement option so I had an opt for return. Sadly I was charged a 10% restocking fee. If the seller does not offer any type of replacement reimbursement I recommend not to purchase from Amazon as you will be charged for bad products. ... show more

Powerful, HDMI and USB outlets, touchscreen
A powerful machine. HDMI outlet allows for projection. I liked the fact that couple of USB outlets are placed on each side. Touch screen is a plus!

Bad computer and bad customer service.

I have been using Lenovo (IBM) for 25 years with no problems. This laptop came with a display malfunction. I called Lenovo and 2 different tech people told me to return it because of the black screen I was getting on occasion. So I did, and they still charged me a 10% restocking fee for a laptop that was not working correctly and that they themselves told me to return, against my will I may add.
