Ws not expecting this level of a computer with this price point. When I saw it, I was looking for a laptop for my son to do his school work. I was so impressed with the price point of the laptop that I immediately ordered 2. I had been looking at many other brands for quite some time but have always been a Lenovo fan (Even though they screwed me on a recent order of a portable monitor - Long story took way too long for delivery had no use for it when they then decided they would ship it. Anyway... This laptop at this price point was so good I ordered TWO!! One for my son and one for work. I now use mine as my work specific laptop - will be turning in my company issued one. I can now work at the speed I need and have the laptop keep up. The laptops were both refurbished but till now I have not noticed any specific issues. It would be great if the sellers included what it was returned for and what it had fixed... so we can look for potential issues but either way, I'm happy with the purchase so far. Picked up some extra Amazon insurance just in case though. ... show more

This ThinkPad E16 is in my opinion the best business laptop on the market. Does it make a good gaming laptop? Don't know - don't game other than in business ways. But from the specs it should do okay. For high end gaming add hundreds to your search. Will it do great AI? Not locally. This appears to be a Gen 1 ThinkPad E16 so no longer available at Lenovo. Old generation does not bother me considering the Ryzen 7 7730U and 40GB DDR4 RAM. Cannot see a 1TB SSD being enough in a business sense. Just does not enough space. Did not expect the finger print pad to work. After all this E16 is not a touch screen. The seller, Azxut, sent a factory sealed box on time to schedule with a ThinkPad that started right up. They do from time to time offer substantial discounts which provides the best value available. Great seller. ... show more

This laptop has met my expectations and then some. I was cautious about trying AMD Ryzen, but it is super fast. Item came VERY securely packaged. Set-up was smooth and without an issue. No privacy shutter though...but that is minor. Mentioning it because it was in the description and someone else might need it. Very responsive seller if you have questions.
