Thos seller, OLIVE is pretty horrible. They sent me an absolute lemon. It repeatedly crashed during setup and would rando.ly just shut off after I finally got windows installed. It was clearly a hardware problem. After many hours attempting to troubleshoot, I decided I better return it. I started a return and the seller did not respond for multiple days. I was forced to open an A-Z claimwith amazon who immediately refunded me and said "contact the seller if you would like to return your item" so I did. I sent them a message asking them to send me a shipping label if they wanted it back. They took another 5 days to respond but eventually gave me a label for fedex ground and told me to drop it off at fedex. I did that. Fedex refused the label and packaging saying they dont shop computers via ground and you must use a computer box and air label which cost me 30.00. So basically I am out 10ish hours of aggravation and 30.00. I have been messaging an unhelpful and snippy person at OLIVE who has refused to reimburse me for shipping after first promising they would. TLDR: Bad broken computer..total crap customer service.
