This came fraudulently activated, and already infected with the Expiro malware. This malware infects files like a worm and then creates a back door to your system. The only real fix is to wipe the drive and re-install windows. But since Windows is not actually activated, you can't reinstall since you do not have a valid key. ... show more

No issues so far with the device. I live in a small studio apartment so space is everything. This thing is literally sitting inside a 9 cube shelf I purchased from Walmart and is connected to my TV (which sits on top of the shelf, but hey, I have a 32 inch computer monitor as a result). For sound output, I am using the Bluetooth connectivity of my soundbar. As for Windows 11, the product description says no, which is true, but the only incompatible aspect is the CPU itself. Even though Microsoft doesn't recommend upgrading incompatible devices, it is possible to do for this device. I found a good tutorial on YouTube for the process. ... show more

The refurbished Lenovo M910q that was delivered was exactly what I ordered plus some accessories I didn't expect, at a good price, and arrived when promised. That in itself is worth a lot of stars. But the thing that made me go to 5 stars was the packaging: it was superb. I think the plastic claw that clamped around the computer would have protected it from at least a 5-story drop.     • Device is missing a PCIE slot and has no wifi.

The device sent not only has no wifi whatsoever (I had to install a wifi dongle, taking up a valuable usb slot when you are trying to use it for emulation. But it also is outright and completely missing a slot on the motherboard, the PCIE slot for a graphics card, which should be standard, is completely missing from mine, and I can't very well solder a fresh one on. And there is a clear open slot for another hard drive which appears to also be missing a part. Its cheap as hell, but you get what you pay for. it's able to run most games from Atari to Ps2 (Some ps2 games slowdown a fair bit) but when I tried to run PS3, I sought an upgrade. This computer was purchased to replace a old Windows 7 computer. While the computer was somewhat outdated the monitor was working fine but it only has a VGA/digital output used in it's day. The picture of the mini pc show a VGA port but the supplied unit has a blank in in the location. I cannot use this computer with my existing monitor and getting a new monitor defeats the purpose of upgrading on a budget. I know newer computers use the display port paired with newer monitors which have the display port inputs, I would not have purchased this pc had I known it didn't have a VGA port. ... show more
