My machine came with US keyboard, mouse, 256GB SATA SSD, and Windows 10 Professional preinstalled. Unfortunately, the processor, even though rather recent, is not officially supported by Windows 11, so you cannot simply upgrade. Another thing to realise, this PC has no HDMI, but two Displayport sockets for your monitor. Nevertheless, you can do a complete fresh install of Windows 11, so far the machine behalves nicely. The machine can be opened with one screw only, inside things are tight but you can easily upgrade RAM (2 banks there) and add a PCIe SSD if you like. All in all, if you are happy with a simple machine and are not into heavy gaming, this PC is worth its money. ... show more

Is a great opción better than i3-i5 4-5-6-7 gen, less 100 USD Pros - 4 cores 8 threads , up 3800 mhz - Radeon vega 11 graphics, great for e-sports and ligth gaming - Upgrade options on Ram and Internal drive - Great Quality materials Cons - No official update to Win 11, But it can be done

    • Was received PC with significant slower CPU
In description promised Ryzen 5 Pro 2400GE (speed rate ~5102) but in received PC was installed A10-9700E (speed rate ~1873) so it more then 2 times slower then expected. I very disappointed because unable to use it in a home DVR.

Purchased as a backup unit for business, but is better spec'd and boots/runs quicker than frontline units. Decided to place into service as a primary, and relegate former frontline unit to a backup role. Very impressed with unit. Actually, pleasantly shocked & pleased might be better descriptors.

I bought three of these. It is important to open the device and make sure everything is good, these are refurbished, so you might find something missed. All devices came as advertised except for one device that had the antenna wire damaged and the antenna attachment missing. I would recommend getting some thermal paste and re-pasting the CPU, it is hit or miss with how well it is applied on these. Also, these are display port only. I ended up needing to buy a HDMI to Display port adapter instead of purchasing a new monitor. ... show more

Reasonable price, good performance for sub-computer. Using for the watching Prime video and sometimes playing game. It is enough to do anything. Ram and HDD upgrade is needed, can do by myself easily.
