This comes with a 90-day warranty and works fine. At midnight on the 91st day, it crashed. Nothing worked. The vendor tried to sell software upgrades, after ADMITTING Windows will no longer function after 90 days. Complete waste of time and money.

For the tower alone, it's worth it. Works great so far. Easy set up. Plus, I know there's great customer support if there's ever a problem with it. That being said, I wish I could have bought it by itself instead of in a bundle. The monitor has some kind of code that is on either side of the screen, which isn't a deal breaker for me as it's barely noticeable. The keyboard on the other hand is one of those that you put batteries in. Fine on it's own, but no way to turn it off other than take out the batteries. Same thing with the keyboard. I will have to replace those, something I'm not super happy about, considering I thought I was getting a great bundle deal. I took a gamble on the refurbished tower, and it paid off, so I'm happy there. Would have bought it and the tower alone, had that been an option, and then just bought the keyboard and mouse separate ... show more

My 10 year old badly wanted a laptop but so amazed now to see that she can play any games, attend zoom/Google classes and browsing is super fast. She told me, she has no regrets for not getting laptop. I am happy I could provide her something useful in such a reasonable price

Good value, especially for a larger monitor. Setup is easy. External speakers--very basic--are color changing. Cons: No camera Flimsy thin cheap feeling keyboard. If these aren't deal breakers it's pretty nice desktop
