Wehn I received this computer, it was obvious that someone had sabotaged it I could not activate Windows. I am a tech so I tried to fix it myself and found there was a virus that prevented the activation Upon investigation, I found at least a dozen more viruses. I am pleased with the storage and speed of this desktop and have invested considerable time customizing it for my applications. However it does not meet the standards of Amazon Reneweed. First there are missing items. The item description says there is a DVD drive. There is no DVD drive. Second the USB receiver for the mouse and keyboard is missing. The desktop computer looks nice but shows signs of many years of use. The cooling fan is noisey and the power switch works most of the time. Sometimes you need to push the power switch a couple of times before you feel it click. The cooling fan sounds like it has a worn bearing but it is working. I know I have the option to return this computer within 90 days but I believe Amazon needs to better review the work of their renewed products. ... show more

The mouse arrived with a broken on/off button. I can't even find the on/off button for the keyboard. Both the mouse and the keyboard use up a USB slot, because evidently the BT in the ad does not mean Blue Tooth. Otherwise, it appears to be a nice little powerhouse. I love the graphics board. Even highly rendered video games like WarFeame or Destiny 2 have no trouble running. ... show more
