Very fast very capable has Windows pro so it's easy to set up in a business environment deceptively large screen all in one instead of having a complicated sliding contraption to disable a camera it just got a little switch on the pedestal to shut it off very smart good machine

This is a cautionary tale for anyone looking for an all-in-one. I purchased this computer in mid-January. The product arrived within a few days and seemed perfect at first, with great speed. Then I checked the camera, as I work with the camera regularly for work purposes. The camera would not switch on. After contacting Lenovo and going through a series of diagnostic tests that went back and forth for a few days, I scheduled my first tech visit. It took a couple of weeks to schedule a tech at home. The first visit was not a success. The determination was that the shutter over the lens (lens cap) was faulty and needed to be replaced. A second visit was scheduled, and the item that arrived to fix the all-in-one was wrong. Another site's new motherboard was shipped to me, and a new appointment was made. The third visit successfully fixed the camera, but the motherboard was faulty, and I lost all sound. You might be wondering why I did not contact Amazon straight off. I tried to, but Amazon requests that an attempt be made with the manufacturer. The manufacturer was willing to assist and still is. I am writing this on April 29th, after 5 Technical support visits, and I still do not have a functional machine. A Tech is coming to change the whole machine, but the machine is on Backorder, so I am still waiting. I have also spent money on an external camera, speaker, and multi-USB port device, as part of the diagnostics, which requires you to try these to see if they work. Only $75 altogether, but still.. Wow, what a deal! I am not sure what the current market price is for the unit, but for me it was approx $850 U.S. This would be hysterical if this had happened to someone else, and I read this, but all I do is shake my head, and say that I made a big mistake—almost four whole months and still not working correctly. I will update this review if and when the All-in-one works perfectly. FYI, the service technicians have all been great, very friendly, and helpful. I am getting to know them well.

Have had this computer for about two weeks, and it works perfectly. Am very pleased with the quality of the screen (anti-glare) and the easy to read keyboard. The Black Friday price was attractive and delivery was delayed a couple of days, but arrived in perfect order. Would recommend this computer.

Not happy at all computer freezes up all the time and not very fast. The listing said it had a 4.9 speed when it is only 2.4 speed big difference. And of course, noticed after the 30 days to return so I am stuck with a $1000 computer I cannot return.

First and foremost, the screen might technically be 24 inches but it is an extreme rectangle which presents many pages in the center of the screen with the sides blank which equals a smaller screen size than my previous 19 inch square screen. Two, this computer is advertised as 4.9 GHz (tech details 3.6-4.9) but is in fact 2.4 GHz. Three this computer advertises in tech details as presenting 4 usb ports but in fact only has 3. This computer is described as a business computer with windows pro. No card readers, no optical drive, few usb ports, slow speed, the only thing pro about it is the available 365 subscription. If I had not rushed and transferred my data onto it, I would have returned it. On top of all that windows 11 offers no improvement over windows 10 IMO and I feel cheated by being forced to buy a new computer to satisfy Microsoft's profit agenda and by the misrepresentations advertised to scam me into buying this. I am also mad at getting taken by the profiteers one more time.

It was disappointing when I received the computer and it would not turn on. I contacted PC Online and they had me ship it back to them to repair. I sent it out on Monday and got it back on Saturday. It works great. PC Online was amazing in their quick response to the, obviously minor, problem. Even though it started out as a problem the seller's quick response turned it into a positive experience. I highly recommend PC Online for computer needs and the Lenovo is a great computer.
