I’ve tried several pillows, even one from the chiropractor’s office, in the last several years. This one is by far superior. Now 3 weeks in, this thing has made a huge difference in my neck pain and sleep. Haven’t woke up with a stiff neck yet and that used to happen nearly every day. You can feel the relief as soon as you lay down on your back. I try to stay on my back but eventually I’ll turn on my side or stomach and those positions are even better than a regular pillow.
