Well i ordered this for a christmas present for my husband cuz Lenovo is a good affordable tablet convertible. Although it was a very good price the tablet was refurbished “Like New”. Condition from reputable seller. I received it in time, he opened, and very excited he went to start the boot up. And nothing. Error Operating System Not responsive… operating system not installed. So i promptly got ahold of the seller. They sent me the return label free and i sent it back was refunded money money in full. So not sure the problem it happens i do have to say i still think Lenovo is a good product my husband was disappointed we ended up getting something else cu the Lenovo prices were a lil higher than my budget so it sucked but overall satisfied how it was handled. My package came in late and I set my mind on returning it cause it came with an incomplete charger and had some particles on the keypad. More to that it wasn't turning on then I had to charge with my phone charger before it worked. Configurations were a little tough because I have never used a chromebook before. Hoping it lasts. But from the looks of it, it's strong and durable. And I was also able to connect to my phone and tablet for school. I may only have to buy a charger and an anti-virus but all the rest is good. Connection too is fast.Touch screen is fast too. Still learning how to use it though. ... show more

At first I was set on returning it because it couldn't turn on and the charger was incomplete. But I used my phone charger and it worked so am yet to see how long it will last

This is a really good and functional Lenovo N23Yoga. It's basic looking but very practical and it was not expensive, under 100. Just make sure you have a home internet connection or one that does not need extra authentication to log on. I am so so happy with this purchase.

I got my refurbished. Should have returned it within the window but I didn’t realize there’s a charger stuck into the port that’s why it won’t charge right. And the screen is hard to press for my daughter I should have just got her a tablet lol but I’m trying to get her to learn to type. Other than that it’s good it’s probably really good laptop when it’s brand new ... show more

Edit: I ended up having to return one of these because it stopped charging. It was within the 90 days that I could return it however and I am ordering another one to replace it. I am still very happy with my purchase. I ordered two of these as Christmas gifts for my daughter and nephew. I was hesitant to do so, since they are renewed and I hoped it wouldn't be obvious. I am very impressed with them. They're in perfect condition with no visible marks or scratches. The battery has lasted all day.
