I have bought several lenovo laptops for myself and they have worked great. Bought this for my father. Found out when it arrived the cordless mouse and keyboard had cords. No big deal ysung those items from another computer. Doesn't have all the liated storage. N big deal. He doesn't need it. Now I find out no bluetooth or audio card. All I can say is if you buy one, make sure it has everything listed, the way it is advertised. Lesson learned Amazon renewed items can't be trusted. ... show more

The computer works. But the monitor came in missing 3 bolts of 4 to hold it on the stand. The package was completely open when it was delivered. Also I know this is not the companies fault. Mine come with MTG monitor, wireless keyboard and mouse, for my 'trouble' Shoy sent me a set of speakers and an adapter so I can have two monitors and high def sound.
