This is a great mid range entry level PC. I didn’t want to commit to building my own rig just yet, financially or on the tech side, until I learned more about PC. I run all games above 60 fps, usually much more. The 144 hz monitor is silky smooth, with most games running on higher settings. This has been a great laptop, we've been very impressed. Kiddo has run every single game in the world on it at this point (probably an exaggeration), but the processor and graphics keep up. I don't like hearing about how her laptop is so much better than mine (a 2020 Covid purchase), but that is the worst I can say. Highly recommend if you have a tween who is in to pushing graphics, but also has homework. ... show more

Keyboard was nonfunctional after 45 days and NOT covered by the manufacturer due to the seller not being authorized to sell Lenovo products (despite the seller’s website stating otherwise; PCOnlineUS) and so I would need to rely on Amazon for reconciliation. Amazon mandates that you provide the seller 48 hours before they get involved as an FYI. Still trying to get this issue resolved. This computer I’m certain is wonderful IF purchased from an authorized retailer but what I received is a paperweight and for now I’m out $1300 unless Amazon/Asurion/PCOnlineUS elect to do the right thing. ... show more

The seller is selling Laptops on Amazon that are not meant for the US. The serial numbers for these computers are registered for India and they are selling them in the US. When we needed warranty service on the defective keyboard, Lenovo told us to contact India Customer Support, since this laptop is registered for sale in India. I returned and was charged a 40% restocking. I tried notifying amazon and they dont seem to understand the problem and how it hurts their reputation . The seller name is PCOnline US ... show more

Not recommend to buy. I just bought it and after a month, ram had problem. I contacted Lenovo and Lenovo said no warranty because it was Lenovo from India. Bad luck. :(
