The laptop seemed to be okay but i received a faulty one that would blue screen every 30 seconds and the customer service refused to give me a replacement. They did give me a refund after nearly a month of it being shipped out and several occasions of me contacting them reminding them to send me a replacement but still stubbornly sent only a refund. ... show more
