I had a really old pc, so this was definitely a huge step up from that. It's super quiet, runs excellent with all my adobe programs, and higher end games. I love the extra effect of having the rainbow lights. It has amazing airflow with so many fans, and a lot of open space, so it won't have any heating issues like my last PC. Given it's so cold here all the time too, it doesn't have issues with heat much. I'm very happy with this PC, definitely a great PC if you really want a lot of storage too. I don't think it even needed extra for the amount of work I have, so this works just great for me. Amazing PC hands down though, and for the price, would buy again if I ever needed a new one!

This is primarily a gaming computer, but I bought it for business. In my line of work as an insurance adjuster, I often have to work with a lot of photos and videos. The graphics and multiple display capability of this computer really knock it out of the park. Processing speed is very good, and the SSD combined with it, make for no lags or slow downs of any kind. Great value.

This PC repeatedly had issues with random crashes that multiple attempts to reset and restore did not resolve. I also reached out to the seller, PC Online, and was ignored for multiple weeks. Lastly, I purchased Lenovo’s ultimate warranty when I bought the PC and when it came time to call it in for these issues, they refused to honor the next day on-site repair service I paid for and instead offered to have me ship the device to them for multiple weeks for repairs, leaving me without a computer in the interim. Not a fan of PC Online or Lenovo, or this desktop in particular.

I needed a system that could handle the newer graphic cards because my power supply couldn't handle them. The only reason this isn't 5* is because it doesn't have enough ports. That could be my fault because I didn't realize how many devices I needed to connect Other than that, it runs well, pretty quiet and smooth graphics.

This thing screams. I play MS Flight Simulator, I very high definition and graphics intense game/simulation. This computer did not even winch. It is super quiet. Anything better would have to be water cooled.

So I had initially a pleasant experience with this computer, had the occasional rare freeze and shutdown, but in the past week the computer has started shutting down several times a day, for what seemed like no reason. Sometimes it would restart and sometimes it would just go completely black and not respond to anything tried unless manually turned off and back on with the button. Upon researching the issue, it turns out Lenovo has a class action lawsuit for these computers having inherent comparability issues with the graphics card they use and other hardware in the system. Apparently, there are a couple somewhat obscure solutions to fix the problem, at least in one way or another, but this is still not acceptable for a major corporation to have such problems with an expensive computer like this. Matter of fact, there has been legal action taken in the form of a class action lawsuit against Lenovo that is ongoing for this exact issue that I am now unfortunately experiencing as well, and since I bought from Amazon renewed, it is past any date to have amazon resolve the issue. Stay away from this PC, buy something that has compatible hardware and won’t have constant crashes at some point.

This is a great gamer PC -- once I received a working system! My first shipment initially arrived defective -- I couldn't set it up or initialize Windows 11, because the video output would only last for a few seconds at a time... I thought it was the video card, but PC Online eventually determined it was a bad motherboard. PC Online was very courteous and professional in arranging return shipping (cross country coast-to-coast!) at no extra cost to me. They had it diagnosed 3 days after they received my return, and they promptly shipped out a functioning replacement with the same specs. Although I had to wait about 3 weeks from the original arrival date, I finally have a working PC -- and it's quite a beast compared to what I upgraded from! I'm very pleased with this machine, as well as PC Online's warranty and customer support. Highly recommended seller!
