The item did come with a few cosmetic scratches but other than that it looks like new and works like new. The computer does crash sometimes but it seems like this could be attributed to having outdated drivers. Need to find the correct software drivers for the gpu (Fingers crossed)

The bundle was supposed to come with a Microsoft Office Professional Plus, but I couldn't get it to install. Thankfully, I was able to speak with support from the store I bought it from. They responded quickly, and the installation was successful. It was a fairly frustrating experience, but it worked out. The other issue I had with the seller was that the bundle came in three shipments. I left town after the computer was delivered, but my neighbor had to get the two additional packages that showed up after the computer. As far as the computer itself, it has constantly crashed since I started using it. I reached out to Lenovo support, and they said I have hardware failure. I have to ship it back to them to be repaired and will be out my computer for a minimum of 10 business days. Not good. ... show more
