This laptop has served me well for the past three years. I use high tech programs like autodesk, robot, etc and it manages most file without much issues. The sound and screen quality were great too. Since lately though, some of my keys on the keyboard have stopped working, and when I press my cap lock, a bunch of other letters come up and then I can no longer get my other letters to work. I’ve had to use the on screen keyboard. Also, my battery has stopped working. It causes the laptop to shut off once I put my password in. I’m in the process of trying to get it replaced ... show more

Keyboard quit within a month

Keyboard lit up, and laptop worked very well for about two weeks. I purchased this in May of 2023 to replace my Acer Chromebook. Within a month the keyboard stopped functioning. Certain keys wouldn’t work or Register in screen. I tried condensed air, I tried updating drivers etc but as a new laptop I shouldn’t have had to. Did every troubleshoot through the laptop itself and through Lenovos website for diagnostics and scans and it shows nothings wrong with it. Months later and I am still unable to use it, and will have to have the keyboard replaced or trade it in for something else. ... show more

Beware of Windows BitLocker!!

This particular Lenovo laptop is prone to lock up with Windows BitLocker...2 for 2. I purchased this laptop for my wife almost a year ago. After a few months of use, Windows BitLocker locked up the laptop and we needed to take it in for repair as we did not have the passcode saved. The M.2 SSD needed to be wiped for a clean windows install, thus losing all data. I chalked that up to bad luck. But then, upon my recommendation, my Brother-in-law purchased this exact same laptop in November 2023. Within 6 weeks, it also locked up with Windows BitLocker!! This is not likely a coincidence. Something in the way Windows and the crap that is installed on the initial SW build of this laptop is susceptible to falsely deploying BitLocker. If you create a unique MS Windows account when you first set up your laptop, the code to unlock your laptop will be saved to your account. Lesson learned. ... show more

Perfect for field work

Been looking for a laptop like this and finally found it . I use this for field work and sometimes to watch videos to where the screen quality (QHD) makes it better to watch work videos in a very good quality. Highly recommended for every day use or even for business trips .

used for 3 days and one day i turbed on and screen has lines running down it waiting for return have to ship back cant return to a anazon store what a nightmare not sure why seller is yet to contact me but i suggest not buyinh from them the item was defective they want me to psy return shipping plus a restocking fee which says 15-50% im confused and amazon isnt helping ... show more
