I love this laptop. Touchscreen is very nice and works great. Only negative thing I can say is laptop is very thin so it feels a little “flimsy” but so far I’ve had no issues at all with it. Would recommend.

This laptop is definitely value for money. Nice operating speed, decent storage, lots of memory, good screen quality, not great though. Decently portable, not much heavier than an iPad Pro in a case. All of that being said, there are some downsides to this device. It runs a little hot and the battery life isn’t great. The track pad is not as responsive as I expected. The keypad is only “ok”. I am certain that most of my “complaints” stem from the fact that this is a $600 laptop as opposed to the $1500 + devices that I normally purchase, but I needed a Windows pc for class. ... show more

I put a lot of time into researching my laptop purchase and finally landed on buying this one. It is extremely fast, quiet and handles everything I throw at it. Granted, I'm not a gamer, but I do work with a lot of applications at once and I am impressed with how well it keeps up and also how quiet it is. I would say the only feature that I regret not having is an illuminated keyboard, but for the price -this was such an excellent purchase and I am glad I bought it. ... show more

I was excited to receive this purchase and upon initial use, was very surprised with the speed. As I always do with any new computer, I immediately created a restore point before loading any programs I use and began loading my pictures and videos from my phone, camera memory sticks and loaded my video editing software. I also linked up with the Lenovo site to receive the latest available drivers to keep my new purchase up to date. The speed of the computer was flawless and impressive. After a couple of days, I began having issues logging into windows where the text box would not accept my input. No big deal, a glitch I thought as I restarted the computer and was able to log in. After the 3rd instance, I automatically recovered to my restore point I had created when first opening the box. "Problem solved" I thought as I continued to perform my work over the next couple of days. Last night I shut the device down, just to wake up this morning and find SSD had failed. I contacted Lenovo and Amazon in an attempt to remedy the issue. Lenovo does not offer data recovery (understandable as it is a liability) and Amazon refused to ship a replacement so I could take both computers for data recovery from one to the other before sending the failed unit back. This ultimately left me in the position of determining what I had to do to recover my files without voiding any warrantible return and of which is still under review as my work is stalled as a result and this whole ordeal has cost me a lot of money and unnecessary time and loss. It seems Amazon has forgotten what customer support is and could benefit from remembering the buyer is what supports this company. Considering this is not the first instance of something similar happening on an expensive purchase, I will consider purchasing directly from the manufacture or other source. ... show more

There was a major problem with a corrupted disk - I suspect that they jerryrigged windows pro ontop of the original windows 11 home that came with the computer. When I regenned the system from the startup USA stick, the computer has functioned well ever since.
