The computer is GREAT. But, instead of the advertised "HotFace" docking station, I received a "Red Viper" docking station. So what, they are basically the same product, right? So I was told. Except that the 3 UBS ports on my Red Viper station are so tight or mis-aligned, that I can't fit USB devices into the ports. No resolution or help at all from Snow Bell. This product is not a touchscreen. It doesn't come with a stylus as the description states. I have included a photo of the computer specifications. It does have good battery life and it is fast. 3 stars because it isn't exactly what they say it is.
