Very good product value for money

I looked and looked for a new PC for a while. I love a bargain and this one fit the bill. Has a great screen, good build, current hardware and Windows 11. I don't know what else to say about this PC other than I am impressed, especially at the price I paid which was $550. Now price has dropped after a couple of weeks by about $75 with discount coupon. I don't know if that means inventory is low or high, but if you are looking might want to make a move before is gone. The item I received I could not see anything that made it look less than new. Then I realized there was a "skin" on the cover. It was very close to the color of the PC and didn't notice until the edge started to curl. Underneath were two areas of very small scuffs. No way a deal breaker or enough to knock off any stars but the skin did seem to be kind of sneaky. Close enough in color you won't notice at first, but not good enough quality to be much more than a temporary cover. The battery seems a little weak. Once again not a deal breaker, but instead of around 10 hours I am getting about 5. Granted I know the tests are designed to maximize battery life but I would have hoped for closer to 7 hours.

This is hands down the best laptop I’ve ever purchased. Super fast, thin, amazing display (2K) and the best speakers I’ve ever heard on a laptop. I bought it “renewed” but it feels everywhere like new. I even took the stickers/films off the screen and power supply. Highly recommended.

This "renewed" laptop arrived in a plain box containing just the PC and power cable. Not a scratch or defect on it. Getting any new Windows PC up and running is a chore thanks to Microsoft, but I cannot fault the Lenovo machine for this. Power and speed are great. Another "thunderbolt" port might have been nice (this has only one), but an adapter may be used to gain additional ports. After a couple of months I can say no problems and would not hesitate to buy from this source again.

This is a very solid little laptop for what it is. The touch screen is very responsive. I just ended up returning it because I needed something a little bigger. But if you're using this for everyday tasks just around the house I would say go for it for sure.

Arrived earlier than expected, before christmas 2023. very well packaged and secured. The item was just brand new. No scratches. works very well everything is like brand new not like refurbished or renewed.. over all perfect. I scored, its a steal😁

I found out from a repair shop that this laptop is a foreign model and they are unable to order a replacement screen.

This review is mostly about the refurbish service, the computer itself is absolutely fantastic. My expectations for a refurbished computer was that I would get something that would show very modest wear, but work perfectly. I was delighted when I first opened my new Lenovo computer. The screen, keyboard, and touchpad appeared like it was brand new had never been touched. I was initially delighted with my purchase and started loading software and restoring my data. On the second day however, I noticed some unusual indentations around the power button. As I explored it further, I found that the computer had probably been dropped on its side. It actually bent the case enough to make the SD card slot unusable. It also makes the USB connectors quite tight (which may not actually be a bad thing in and of itself - but it's not right). The bottom of the case shows a physical crack and I am moderately concerned about whether there's some hairline fractures or other damage that isn't immediately obvious. The bottom line is, I've decided to keep the computer since it seems to be working fine and I really appreciate the pristine screen and keyboard that I received. I don't use the SD card slot so it's not a big deal to me for that. But I guess I'm just a little disappointed to have received a laptop that was clearly dropped hard enough to bend the case. I know this happed before shipping as the box it was delivered in showed no signs of any drop. It is a bit of a testament to the high-quality build that Lenovo puts into their computers but not a great example of careful oversight on the Amazon reconditioning service. I think they should have been more descriptive about this kind of damage on this particular item (maybe offered it with a bit more discount?)
