This is a great reliable laptop Chromebook and I'm able to use it for all kinds of things. The price was great and I'm planning on getting another one for work.

    • Decent
The Chromebook wouldn't turn on at first. It turns out the charger that was sent with it does not work. Luckily, I had a Type C charger that does power it (phone charger). Sometimes, it can be a little slow to respond, especially with very fast typing. It will take a couple of seconds to register the text. Overall, for the price, it was worth it because I needed something right away to continue working. The touchscreen works, no stylus is included (as stated in the description). It is not compatible with all apps, so know that going in. If you NEED a certain app, be sure it has a web version or check to see if it's compatible first. ... show more

This is one of the best stop tops I have ever owned. And the price could literally not have been any better. It is refurbished, but it is like a brand new computer. I've had absolutely no issues with it. And I have had it for almost 3 months now, the touchscreen is amazing. I got a stylus pen to go with it. Which I absolutely love. It's great for literally everything ... show more

    • Failed Product Just Outside Return Window
Do not buy from this seller! I have purchased and used refurbished products for years without issues. This Chromebook started shutting down by itself after a few weeks. Chat with service helped until just after the return period. Now it won't turn on. Less than 6 months of use. No credit, no return, nothing. Don't waste your money or time with firms that treat buyers so poorly. ... show more

    • Great Product! Deceptive Product Page!!
First the good: I received my Chromebook in excellent condition! Considering its age, it looked like new and has great performance. Not one scratch or blemish on it. 2 in 1 touch screen works perfectly. No issues with hinges when placing it in tablet mode. All keys worked. Not mentioned on product page is that it had 4 ports (2 USB C style and 2 older style) and a micro SD slot. All of which work fine. Now the bad and my only complaint: The product page list this Chromebook as being released on 6/16/2022. I purchased this Chromebook based on this information. When I first turned it on, I checked through OS settings and saw that the Auto Update Expiration date is 6/2027. Only 3 years from now. Upon further investigation, I found out that this device was released in 6/2018. IMO, This is very DECEPTIVE!! I purchased this item based on the listed release date on the product page. If I had known it was 2018, I would have purchased a newer, i.e., 2020, renewed Chromebook I saw out there. Lesson learned for me. I would have given this product 5 stars, it really is in excellent condition, but due to the deception, I am knocking it down to 3, and debating whether to keep it or return it. I also wasn’t pleased that a few hours after ordering the Chromebook, all of a sudden it was around $10 cheaper than what I paid for it. Then the next day it was back to around what I paid for it. If you are OK with a Chromebook that will receive OS updates for only 3 more years, then by all means purchase this one. New Chromebooks with 2 in 1 screens are not cheap. The one I received really is in great condition. Maybe I’ll just buy a used one every 3 years. ... show more

Very impressed for it being in “Acceptable” condition. Ordered this chromebook for school purposes, as my current one was failing and I was on a tight budget for a different one. Ordered this one in hopes of it lasting minimum of a couple years. Wasn’t expecting it to be this nice out of the box. Everything works, It’s pretty dang speedy for being a 4gb ram chromebook, and it’s got plenty of storage for what I need. Very impressed on how fast it shipped too. Got it in 3 days from the ordering. ... show more
