Nice laptop. Setup is easy but I can't seem to bypass Microsoft free trial. Word excel etc is not on it. The delivery instructions were not followed

Very nice , but we couldn’t install window 11, so now we need to try contact the seller or Lenovo , let’s see Disappointed Update the seller respond quickly and we were able to fix the problem, my daughter is very happy with her laptop
