I didn't catch it when i looked at this to buy, but somewhat disappointed it does ot have a numerical key pad on the right side. Pros: Hardware, 16G RAM, 512 SSD, 1920 X 1080 resolution, etc... The laptop is fast. It comes back quickly, in just a few seconds, following a restart. It does not get hot after long and heavy use, which has been a recurring issue with other manufacturers. The top andthe keyboard casing are made of finished aluminium giving is a nice look. But the plasticky sides and bottom are let down--the contrast is cheap. Cons: The mouse pad is so hard to push, making it difficult to use. However the wrost of this laptop is the screen. The viewing angle is narrow, and the graphics are bad. If you are planning to use this product with external mouse, and monitor it is a good buy, otherwise you will be utterly disapointed. ... show more

Pensé que sería una buena compra después de leer buenos comentarios de esta laptop. En realidad no es una buena laptop que te vaya a durar. Solamente tenía 3 semanas de usar la computadora cuando apareció una línea en medio de la pantalla. Desde el primer día la he cuidado mucho, pero ya este problema venía de fábrica. Como la laptop la envié a otro país (no soy de USA), no me reconocen la garantía, y me sale muy cara la reparación. Espero no se lleven esa decepción. Pros: Muy rápida y buenas capacidades para correr cualquier programa. La uso para desarrollo de software y ha estado muy bien en todo. Muy buen rendimiento. Aparte, que es una opción económica. Cons: Mala calidad de la pantalla porque se dañó muy rápido. Además, los componentes son de baja calidad, especialmente los parlantes suenan muy bajito, no me funciona bien para muchas videoconferencias y me obliga a usar audífonos. La batería tiene muy poca capacidad, apenas dura un par de horas usándola normalmente, y exigiéndole más solo hora y media. Esto es lo que pasa por ser económica, no esperes lo mejor. Si quieres una buena laptop que te vaya a durar al menos unos 5 años, te recomiendo comprar una ThinkPad, aunque tengas que pagar más, pero valdrá la pena. Aun tengo en óptimas condiciones una que compré en 2015. Pero con esta no fue así. ... show more
