Worked fine for about a month - started crashing and going slow and then it just wouldn’t open up any apps or work properly . After not using it for about a month I opened it to see if it would work and it doesn’t even come on at all now .

Just got this today and it came in excellent condition as the description said. Im still getting used to this keyboard being a bit smaller than what im used to. Sound quality is loud and good enough to hear everything and nice quality screen. Good laptop for the price.

Absolutely terrible product. Faulty, will not charge. This third party supplier should really check their products before distributing faulty items to their customers. I feel swindled. I feel like my time and my money has been wasted.
