I did not actually buy this to swim or scuba dive, but I would like to scuba dive - did it years ago and loved it, but it just didn't work in my schedule and there really isn't a place near where I live that is really practical. I bought it because I am 80 years old and I have a problem with my right shoulder and elbow. It comes from throwing dummies or decoys for my field Lab. We live in town and I need to keep her in shape and that is how I do it. I figured I would give this a try. It works great. I am 6' 4 and the good and the bad is that the XL I bought fits perfect for a person my size and build - if this 80 year old was in as good shape as Harrison Ford. I can't zip mine up, but the arm length is perfect. It fits nice and snug in the shoulders and arms but isn't too tight. I can take it off like a jacket if I don't get too sweaty. I have not tested how well it works in the water, but I am impressed with the overall quality at the price. I am going to try the pants for riding on my stationary bike.

The large was too small for my 5 foot 4 inch 150 pound body. It hits at the bottom of the hip. I think an XL would work but they are out of stock. Nice weight and I think it would keep me warm for water aerobics.

Very Nice tailored Jacket with Blue sleeves. I had to return because Large was too loose and replaced it with Medium which is much better fit now. I do not know about durability because it is brand new and have not tried it in the water yet.

This top is fine but I do t reccomend it but not due to quality but rather because it is open at the bottom, the warm water just rushes out with movement and you are still cold.

Skinny guy, 125lbs, 5ft 7in. The arms were too short for me and it was not very comfortable so I returned. Everything else about it fit pretty well. It seemed like it was high quality and flexible, and I don't have any complaints about the quality however nothing about it stood out as being particularly high quality. But seems like a solid option if it fits you.

Waited awhile as size issues in reviews. Am 5’11, 156 lb. and around 39 shoulders, 33 -34” waist, small wrists, 32-33” shirt length. Use for snorkeling. Feel the size chart for the Large 3mm was correct. It would fit a bit tighter and better for someone at 170 lb. and average to large wrists. For me a bit wide in wrists and a tad loose in shoulders. Fits well over hips and is comfortable and surprised it is fine in arm length. A bit tight in neck though can unzip a bit. Am keeping though could be a bit tighter. It’s really good quality neoprene, nice design, very high quality zipper and great value.

The jacket fits larger than the size guide. I put off buying this item for a year due to the conflicting reviews regarding size,(too small, too big, just right). I would have given 5 stars if the size chart was accurate. Because the reviews regarding size varied, I relied on the size chart and bought the large. I am 6 feet, 173 lbs. long arms, 39" chest, 35-36" waist (measured at hips and belly button). The large fits loose, see picture. The arms are a bit short, and an inch shorter on the medium, which I ordered after the large was too large. The medium fits good, just the sleeves could be longer. Also included actual measurements of both M and L laid flat, as seen in picture. The other picture is the M laid on top of the L. Now if only the first reviewers could have supplied the info I had, I would have bought it last year, and would not have to return the L, and it would have also helped many others. Except for the size chart, it is a great jacket, (but have not worn in water yet).
