  • SAVED MY SANITY! SAVED MY SANITY!
Size: Large Color: Black
Otis is the best escape artist I've ever known. He has EXTREME separation anxiety. I rescued him back in December. His first cage was the typical wire cage which, I THOUGHT, was heavy-duty and sturdy and well-made (which, it was) but I had no idea what Otis was capable of! He completely destroyed the plastic tray at the bottom of the first cage. I was at my wits end with all his escaping and destroying. I came across this indestructible cage, and I read the reviews. Some of them did concern me in that some dogs have still gotten out of this cage and also hurt themselves in the process. But I was so desperate to try to make things work, I ordered it. Once it arrived and I unpacked it, I was a bit confused with it; however, the instructions were good, and I was able to get it put together within 30 minutes. I was impressed with how heavy duty it seemed, and I thought, there's no way he's getting out of this. But I still had my doubts due to some of the reviews and because I know how determined Otis is and how aggressive he is with chewing and destroying things when I'm not there. The next morning, I put him in it and locked it, praying he wouldn't somehow bust through it. When I got home, the apartment was clean, and he was still in the cage! If I'd had champagne, I'd have popped the top and celebrated! Even though it seemed to work the one day, I was still slightly doubtful because it had only been one day. Then, one day turned into a week without any escapes. Now it's been nearly a month, and he WILLINGLY goes in! I think his go-to was/is digging his way out through the bottom. Well, he can't do that with this cage because of how it's designed and because I reinforced it with zip ties which were provided with the cage. And he's tried. Oh, he's tried. I know because there were times his bed was scrunched back from digging. Also, I appreciate the wheels very much! I almost didn't install them because I figured I could slide the cage on the carpet; however, I ended up installing them and was glad I did because it glides across the carpet with ease if I need to move it. While the wheels make it easy to maneuver the cage, the cage is heavy enough that the dog can't move it. (He'd moved his wire cage from point A to point B in escaping). Otis isn't as reluctant and doesn't seem as anxious to get into this cage. Today, I didn't even have to guide him by the collar to get inside. I'm not entirely sure why this is but I'm thankful. Sometimes he'll get all the way in for a couple of seconds and then walk back out while I'm at home, and he didn't do that with his first cage. I'd tried everything I could. He destroyed his first cage. He destroyed the bathroom door and other things in the bathroom when I had to keep him in there during the transition from his first cage to this cage. No matter how bare I left the bathroom, he always found something to destroy. And if there was any way he could escape, he'd do it and create mass destruction. This cage saved my sanity and my dog from being rehomed where he most likely would have ended up back at the pound. TL;DR: Pros: *Extremely sturdy *Solid *Smart design (particularly regarding the bottom of the cage) *Easy to set up *Wheels make it easy to maneuver cage *Excellent for my dog who is an expert escape artist, an aggressive chewer, and leaves mass destruction upon escaping---HE CAN'T ESCAPE THIS ONE! Cons: *I have none! Do I recommend this cage? 1,000%! YES! Do it. Buy it. It'll be worth it. ... show more

  • Couldn't ask for better 10/10
Size: Small Color: Black
I purchased this because I have a dachshund who developed IVDD and HATES being in a crate. He typically destroys crates in order to get out and ends up further hurting himself. This crate is absolutely Houdini proof. It is not only extremely sturdy but it is well thought out. The top lifting allows you to lift an injured dog without having to maneuver them through the door. It also allows you to attend to them without them trying to escape. The double latches on the side door means that the door is VERY securely closed so he doesn't spend so much energy even trying to escape. The wheels allow the crate to be moved around the house with ease EXCEPT the crate is a bit wide to fit though and interior door while assembled. This is fantastic when you have a recuperating dog that wants to be near you but shouldn't be walking. There is plenty of room for my standard size dachshund to stretch out fully. Truthfully, when they're uninjured, this comfortably holds both of my dachshunds. It would easily accommodate all medium sized dogs. This is a heavy item and, while not difficult to assemble, I do feel that having two people there to put it together is helpful. Overall, this is a heavy duty, fantastic purchase that, when properly cared for, should outlast any dogs lifetime. ... show more

  • 48 inch Heavy Duty Crate 48 inch Heavy Duty Crate
Size: Large Color: Black
We got this big 48 inch crate as a buy once cry once situation. The crate comes in a box with parts, bolts, nuts, and tools needed to assemble. The included instructions are well written making them easy to follow. The crate has a door on the top, a tray in the bottom, has wheels (if installed) with locks to stop them from moving and a nice size door making it great for my cause. My puppy is 2 months old and loves his crate. We did a lot of searching and for what you get with this the price is unbeatable. The crate seems very well build and should last a very long time. ... show more

  • Built Like a Tank!
Size: Large Color: Black
I bought a Staffy pup and needed a crate and selected Lemberi due to build quality and price. There was an issue with delivery and I had to purchase a pet store crate while the delivery issues were addressed. The crate was delivered much later than expected. minus 1/2 star? Once the crate arrived it was notably different then the pet store crate. The bars are near indestructible, the wheels are great feature. everything is superior to the store version. Somethings to note: The wheels increase the height and crate no longer fits under counter where I wanted it. I will remove the wheels and use furniture pads not too big of a deal. Only one door where pet store version had two. Very large. I, 5'10" 200 pounds can fit inside comfortably. Oversized for Staffordshire. Much heavier than Pet store version. may be difficult for a smaller person. Pet store version is unfoldable/collapsable and no assembly needed. This has a 6-bolt assembly. I was able to assemble alone in 15 minutes. ... show more

  • Works and Acceptable at this Price Point
Size: Large Color: Black
This crate is much sturdier than the wire crate I previously had that my German Shepherd was able to flip over and bend out-of-shape to escape. After two weeks of use, my dog has been unable to escape this crate. It came packaged really well, but there was still a dent in one of the front-facing bars. Easy assembly, though this crate is so big and heavy it is unlikely I'll be collapsing it often. Things to note: - My dog does not like the wire floor. I wish the plastic tray fit inside the crate rather than under it. I cannot get my dog a bed yet because he keeps tearing up anything I leave in the crate with him. I'm currently using the tray from my old wire crate inside this one so he has something he's more comfortable with. - Only two of the caster wheels lock. I thought all four would be locking. This means my dog can still roll the crate around a bit while inside. - The welds are terrible. Nothing is fully welded, only tacked. Now, a dog shouldn't be able to break a tack weld anyway, and if they do break I can reweld it, but it's something I noticed. Update: July 2025 *Full 5 Stars Now* I've had this crate for years and have packed it up for road trips about a dozen times. It's definitely deformed a bit from assembly/disassembly and being ratchet strapped to the roof of my car, but it continues to hold up. My dog has a room now so I don't have to lock him in here, but he's grown to really like this crate and spends time in it voluntarily. Also, Primo Pads is a great product if your dog tears up beds. I got one for this crate and it's been perfect. You can get custom sizes and they zip tie to the crate. Easy to clean too and more comfortable for my dog than wire mesh. ... show more

  • So far so good ! So far so good !
Size: Large Color: Black
**** update. Well it’s been 2 months and one of the wheels already broke off. Literally broke off and the bolt that screws up in the cage is stuck in the whole no matter what I do or what I use i can’t get it out so I can’t even replace the wheel if I could figure out what to replace it with as it says NO where what size the wheel pins are or what a replacement could be. But if I could figure it out I would want wheels bigger I think. These are tiny wheels for an 80lb cage plus a dog! Very very disappointing The seller did contact me and is making it right! So excellent seller! Much appreciated for the help since this is only 2 months old and I only have a 30lb dog in it. So I am happy the seller is helping me with the problem with making it right. So I overall guess I would recommend this crate Original post…. So far so good. This is my second crate that Is indestructible and the first one ( by a different company) was not. She chewed the paint off the bars and they all rusted and the wheels al broke off SO I’m trying this brand. So far it’s been a few weeks and it’s holding up to her. She’s got separate anxiety so she needs something strong but safe. She’s only a 30 lb Australian shepherd but she becomes a 200lb bear when left alone. As I said I have to move it around often so the wheels have to hold up and so far so good with that also. It was not hard to put together. I did it by myself. Fingers crossed on this one! ... show more
