I am so impressed with this carrier. I have a long move coming up with 4 cats to transport. Took me a matter of 10 minutes to set each one up, the quality is so good, thick material and the plastic pipes make it very sturdy. I cheated a little bit with catnip to get my cats to explore them faster but so far even my most finicky boy went in voluntarily. They're a nice size, even for chubby adult cats. There is a weight limit that my cats exceed but I don't think it will be an issue as long as you don't carry them around in it without supporting the bottom. ... show more

I've used the more traditional pet carriers over the years. I've had this Lekereise expandable carrier for a few weeks. The expandable design gives our three young cats extra room. The carrier is sturdy and well-ventilated. It took a little effort to put together, but it wasn't overly difficult or time-consuming. I used it for a recent road trip. Our cats enjoy the space it provides and the ability to move around when in the carrier and to see the world go by when in the car. My cats seemed comfortable during the car ride. They like it so much that they think it's a pleace to hang out even when not in use. The support bars add stability when expanded. It's been easy is it to clean and the mesh durable enough to withstand scratching so far. Overall functionality is good, the base carrier is easy to lift and maneuver, and then it's a quick unfold and zip up for the extended section to be added. Would recommend considering this pet carrier for any cats and smaller dogs. ... show more

I love this expandable carrier! It was a little difficult to assemble with the instructions, but I figured it out. I just left it out (in its expanded form) for the cats to get used to it, and they love relaxing in the main compartment and playing in the expanded part. I like that it has the clips to roll up the entrance/exit openings, and the framing makes it seem fairly sturdy/safe. I was hoping it would be slightly bigger to fit two cats in, but I understand why it's the size that it is as far as weight goes. I'd definitely recommend this for anyone who travels or wants their cat to be able to stretch their legs while staying in a carrier. ... show more

When I started putting it together, I could tell right away that its structure was really stable. It's got a water pipe frame inside for support, so it doesn't deform easily. And the external expansion space is held up by support bars. That really blew me away! Compared to the other products I've bought before, this one is just amazing! ... show more

I used this to take my furry buddy camping. The whole way there, my little pal was as good as gold in the cage. And let me tell you, that cage was super steady. The solid support structure inside really did the trick to keep it stable on the road. It gave me and my furry pal an unforgettable trip.
