Great purchase for the price. Bought this for a grad party but we have been using it over summer whenever we have cookouts. So far holding up very well. It's large and provides lots of shade. Deck and backyard faces south so we have lots of direct sunlight but this pop-up tent helps tremendously. One thing is that it takes us 3-4 people to put up easily. It's very large to handle with just 2.

We bought this tent during COVID-19 for an outside pre-wedding event. Unfortunately one of the legs came damaged and it could not be extended. After communicating with the company and sending them pictures, it was clear that it could not be fixed. They sent us a new tent and ensured it arrived before the event. Excellent customer service! We have now used the tent multiple times and it is excellent. We previously had two 10x10 tents that we used for >10 years. They are great but don't have the height of this tent. They also do not have the walls, which are very easy to put up. Would definitely buy again, both for the product and the great customer service.

Overall it was pretty sturdy. We put it up for a dry run in 10-15 mph wind. One of the anchors tore out of the canopy. I won’t warranty because it looks like a design flaw. I am going to sew it back in and add stitching to the rest. They only stitched one spot across the strap but could have gone over much more. I will make it better with what’s there.

Great product on specs, but terrible product upon arrival. Poor box condition, came in ripped and couldn’t even ship back the original box . (UPS charged me 75 dollars for this , would love a refund !) Overall not sure how this used like new product was able to be sold because of its broken parts. not study, value for money good if not broken, easy to assemble with a team if not broken.

The tent is great, made of strong poles with heavy material. Latches work pretty good but like with most it helps to take some of the tension off. The best part is the customer service from these folks. We bought two of these and had a small issue 8 months later and they went above and beyond to help us out. Would highly recommend.

The top itself is very sturdy and durable material, much better than the one that came with the frame. However, it is not the same size as the original 10x20 cover that came on the frame so we were unable to fully extend the frame without risking damage to either the frame or cover if not both. Aside from the need to modify the frame to be secure while opened, the cover itself is built very well.

Great tent. It is very sturdy as a result it is quite heavy. One person can set it up but two makes the job much easier. The canopy is waterproof and thicker than any canopy I have ever owned. Our pop up was setup the night before the party and it rained most of the night. No water came through. I have had other pop up tents and they are always just rain resistant. The stakes are pretty wimpy so you will want to buy better stakes to properly anchor the tent. As with all canopies, You must properly anchor it or a breeze will lift the tent. The side panels were surprisingly effective Velcro across the top and straps to the tent legs. I am extremely happy with this purchase.
