Leisure Town Mattress Pad is a nice quality cotton cover and the bottom that fits around the base is a nice stretchy netting material that doesn't pop off the mattress. I bought this more for protection and sanitation not for cooling or comfort, it is comfortable but doesn't add a lot of comfort to the original mattress. I ordered this to use more for a protector for my mattress and memory foam pad than I did for comfort. I would have preferred a cover that was truly 100% cotton, including cotton filling. But those covers are very expensive. At least this has a cotton surface. But WOW. So comfortable. Just the right amount of cushion over my 3" memory foam pad. Fits great, but I already had deep fit sheets. You can find JUST the deep fit fitted sheets here on Amazon, very reasonablely priced. I'm sure I'll have to launder this at the laundrymat, but I don't mind. My bed is normally quite cold when I first get in bed but this pad made it less cold. I was afraid I would end up sweating but haven't! Very happy with this purchase. ... show more

Fits my mattress perfectly, is quilted nicely. Very comfortable would recommend. I have a quilted top mattress and I didn't like all the little divots so this cover is thick enough that I don't feel them anymore. It does come in a vacuum pack but it puffed up pretty quickly.
